Working with Gem City Ford made the buying process for our new truck a very easy process. This dealership is 2 hours away from where we live, and we have closer dealerships in our area, but it was worth the drive! We worked with Troy Courson, and he was very knowledgeable and helped ensure we were buying what we needed and did not push us into anything we did not need or want. I highly recommend working with Tory if you have any questions or have an interest in one of their vehicles. All the other staff that we interacted with was just as easy to work with as well. We did a test drive, and then we kept in contact to work out the details over the following days. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was a very simple process of signing the papers and handing over the keys. There was no bait and switch or surprise charges at the end. What they said it was going to cost is exactly what we paid! They were very honest throughout the whole process, which is huge in this industry.

It being a Monday morning, a historical bad day to visit a dealership I was as not confident in the outcome. To my surprise and delight the write up tech took me right away and two hours s as bd a car wash later I was on my way. Kudos to the dealership and staff. This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Our salesman was Joe. Fantastic salesman. He showed us our truck, let us take it for drive. Even though we got there right about 6pm. They closed that night at 7. The person who wrote our contract was just as good. Couple of things that they did not do was go fully over the truck. Didn't have the book for the truck. Otherwise we had a great experience.

I'm very happy with my purchase of a new Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Napelton in Glenview! Pete & Marty were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had contacted a couple of other dealerships and was not happy with the experience. The communication was excellent as was the price they were able to give me on the exact car I was looking for. I traveled an hour from Palos Heights to this dealership and I'm glad I did. They saved me $ over what I was quoted elsewhere and I highly Recommend them!
