I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. I think every company should teach there employee the way to talk to people that don't know much about cars. So in the future I will go to them for all my services I need done. Had the airbag recall performed on my Shelby G-500 Mustang. The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.

Oil change ripoff - Ripped Off
The mechanics who usually work on our cars were on vacation, and I needed an oil change. I had received a sale flier for an oil change from Jack Schmitt Ford, so I thought I would give them a try. I made and appointment and dropped off my car. They later called me and told me they could not change my oil because the oil plug had been replaced too tightly and if they messed it up removing it I would need to replace my oil pan at a cost of around $900. I picked up my vehicle and waited for my trusted mechanics to return from vacation. After they changed my oil, my husband told them what Jack Schmitt said about the plug being in too tight. They said it was not in too tight, that Jack Schmitt was just trying to make more money.

I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300C from Jim Xamis today. I worked with Mathew Xamis and Brad Centers. Both of these men were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Also Brad went over all the features of the car and even programmed my iPhone to the Bluetooth. Which was very helpful.

I recently bought my Ford Escape and absolutely love it! Rich Cline was great at helping me find the vehicle that I needed at a price that was affordable. I didn’t buy my Ford Escape at this dealership, but they are my hometown dealer so it’s more convenient to go here. The two times I have been here it has been great service. The first time was to diagnose a rattle and they didn’t even charge me. This recent visit was to replace the battery. Ever tried to do that in an Escape? Don’t. Leave it to the Professionals. (Bad design dear Ford). I’ll continue to get my Ford serviced here. Great place.
