Took my car in for a clanking noise in the rear vend, told it was a differential. Would be 2 weeks to repair. Found out their in stock one was defective. Possibly 2 weeks to get it completed. My car has been garaged always. It took 6 weeks to do a 3 hr repair replacing it. The car sat in their lot the full 6 weeks in 100 degree weather. I asked for it to be cleaned up before giving it back to me complete. I took it to the car wash to clean it up before taking it home. Now it needs waxed due to being baked in the sun for 6 weeks. They gave me a loaner car and when I called to get a status on repair was told me I had a loaner car and hoped to get repair started numerous weeks. Talked to service manager and he hoped to get it started next week. For good customer service I would recommend a full detail on the car before picking it up. I mentioned that about Week 4 in a voicemail but not done. I also asked for a wheel dressing on all wheels as I have extended warranty since it was going to be there a while.found out when I picked it up it wasn’t done but I could bring it back an drop it off to get it done. Possible might get company to come to my home and do the work. Gonna try for that. It still blows me away it took 6 weeks to get a 3 or 4 hour replacement to be installed. I gave it a 2 star as I did have a loaner car. . Very disappointed It’s really.nice to have our car back and it has a 2 year warranty on the part. Carlos’s was the service adviser and worked on getting the loaner car for me.

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!
