My wife and I were looking for used Dodge Durango's. Ryan Auto Mall had a recent trade come in and I messaged the dealer late in the evening. Melisa responded right away. There were only a few pictures available because the vehicle hadn't been through the shop yet for cleaning. She was very thoughtful and snapped a quick video of the vehicle for me the next morning. That confirmed for me I had to see it. She had the vehicle ready to view and drive on time. We bought it and closing the deal with Dane was smooth. Very good experience. My elderly mother just returned from getting her tires checked due to one tire loosing air. After she left she discovers that the other 3 tires are low in air upon leaving. How is that even possible??? All this and yet they find the time to check her air filter (which was not asked for) and stated she needed a new one. OK, I understand, but to not take care of the other tires??? Secondly there were bags from Byerly's that were on her floor originally shoved into the glove box. Is there a sensor that was bad? I wonder what they were doing or if they were looking to take something? Completely unacceptable! You should be embarrassed as a manager of this dealership. There was nothing on the receipt for service other than the filter and tire. I am unhappy and feel they took advantage of an elderly female. Stay away!

Will not get any service here again. You may want to remember you are there for the customers not the pay check. I would give the service department zero stars. Very disappointing.

Everything about this car buying experience was fantastic. There was a 3 month period of time where we looked and looked for the vehicle I wanted and when they saw one available they went up and picked it up for me in a very quick amount of time. Brian Hoover explained the truck's inside and out flawlessly and talked about possible options. Very happy with my purchase and I had a window seal issue after 3 months and they took it in and fixed it free right away. Very good small town feel buying experience. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

I was super excited and comfortable to have done business with this Chevy after the great things I’d heard from family- unfortunately that didn’t last long. My car started having issues only a month after purchase (I did not purchase a warranty and I made sure to mention that in communications, but a MONTH? There should have a limited warranty or SOMETHING) - I’d waited about two months to report anything because I wasn’t sure the severity or if I could do without help. 3 months later I contact Chevy after being told my problems could be from my transmission (it was never a for sure answer during this process but I wanted to make sure I could get things sorted before the problem got worse because that shouldn’t even be suggested with such a new car). Seeing as my car is a 2015 with 50,000 miles I was sure that’s not possible. No one could figure out was wrong elsewhere so of course I brought it where I bought it and got no help. I was told nothing could be done over the phone either... that is until I say we’re not doing business here anymore; then I get the response I shouldve gotten from the get go. I try to be understanding of the job but this just doesn’t sit right with me and I’m growing more and more frustrated because I was so excited initially. My first sign to turn away should have been when I was told “we don’t specialize in these cars so we cannot certify them.” The people were nice so I’m very disappointed in the ethics given it doesn’t seem they care to help their customers unless there’s something on the line for them. After finally getting somewhere, we exchange numerous calls and emails only to have my last call not returned. As my problems persist I’m certain I did not cause all of this in my short time owning the vehicle and will never buy from here again. I hope others can learn from this.
