My car was in desperate need of an oil change and Keith was the guy for helping me get what I needed. Very good service and my overall experience was great, i’ll definitely be back in the future.

The mechanics and staff are amazing! My back brakes were not engaging at all. I didn't trust dealerships so I had another mechanic replace my rear brakes, but still no luck, he then replaced my front brakes, rotors, brake hose, one caliper and master cylinder (a spare one that I had), still my rear brakes wouldn't work. I had no choice but to take it to Seeger Toyota and THANK GOD I DID! They worked on it for a week and walked me through everything they did, before they did it. They were very concerned about my safety and wouldn't give up until they had my brake system 100%. They even loaned me a vehicle to drive until they fixed my truck. I am disabled and have very limited income, so I was terrified of the costs but they totally worked with me so that I could afford it. I was driving a death trap but not any more. They saved my life and I will always be grateful to them! From now on, Seeger Toyota will be my only choice for all major repairs!

Joe Machens vw in Columbia, MO is the best place to get your oil changed especially if you own a volkswagon!! it's also the best place for mechanical work or maintenance on your vw also!! it was a little bit expensive without a warranty, but it's reasonable in cost and they do an excellent job fixing your car. Employees were kind and friendly. there's amenities like free car wash, shuttle bus, sodas, cappuccino,(French vanilla is my favorite!), chips, and you can even sit on a comfortable chair and watch TV or look at magazines!! Their oil change is more high quality than most other places especially if you own a vw and the oil change usually lasts longer, but I will spend a little extra for better performance oil and oil filter that lasts longer and is better for your engine!! Joe Machens vw in Columbia, MO is my first choice to consider when getting my oil changed and service on my vw and I highly recommend this dealership over any other in Mid-Missouri!! I just wished they still made vw Jettas with diesel engines turbo because they are nice to have and are really solid like. you don't have to wait too long to get your car serviced. it's not too crowded. they usually have the parts for your car.(if not, they can order them). you can even check on the status of your automobile on your smartphone!! they will send you a text and you just click the link and there it is!! everything went smoothly, no complaints, it might be a little pricey, but overall it's worth it!! they are honest. no gimmicks. they keep you posted on how much it's going to cost and make sure they get your consent to do the services before they provide them. excellent communications!! excellent dealership!! I highly recommend people to get their Volkswagens serviced at this place!! they do an outstanding job!!

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.
