She took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. Zach, the finance guy, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. He clearly explained all my options and helped me find a plan that worked for my budget. Overall, the staff at Luther Mazda created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Kacinda Mitchell. Terrible person to work with. She knows nothing about the their own warranties they provide when you purchase a vehicle from them. She was snobby, rude, and unprofessional. If I did not have a warranty I would go somewhere else and never look back. She does not know how to do her job and doesn't know how to her job crappy and be polite. Can't be bad at both, have to choose one.
