Satisfied with the work done on my car just wish someone would have given me all the fees and taxes total before getting work done. i dont like hearing other fees after the fact. My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen.

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

She took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. Zach, the finance guy, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. I am incredibly glad we made our first stop at this dealership before going anywhere else. Thank you!

In 24 hours I bought a used Camry for my granddaughter. Aristocrat went to great lengths to pop out a few dents and polish out a few scratches then overall detail and polish. We were thrilled. Mayssam was awesome at getting me into the 2025 Kia K5 GT that I'd been trying to find for a while. I showed up for an appointment on q Friday morning and somehow miraculously Napleton had a GT with the GT1 package on the lot, unclaimed! By Friday night I left after all the crazy financial signature crud with possibly the last ICE car I'll own! Mayssam knew darn near every feature of the car and guided me through setting everything up, which was much appreciated.

I called Reed Chevy on 1 Feb. and spoke to Luke about a Chevy SUV. There was not a good interest rate, therefore I told Luke I would keep driving my old car. On 2 Feb. I hit a deer and totaled my car. On 3 Feb. another Reed Chevy person called me and I informed him my situation had changed. Thank God for call backs as I had already started looking around for what I wanted, but a used vehicle because I refuse to pay more than 3% interest rate because I have worked hard for my good credit for times like this. Eleven days later I am driving a beautiful 2025 Chevy Blazer at 1.9% and everything I wanted on it; including my moon roof. Luke wanted my business and treated me with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Thank you Luke and Reed Chevy.

Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace!!!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I ended up needing a new engine. Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!!
