Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

We had such a great experience working with Russ Gruelle while purchasing our new 2026 Santa Fe. From the beginning, Russ was incredibly responsive, friendly, and thorough. He never made us feel pressured and genuinely took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in our decision. And Justin in finance was equally as impressive. We were deciding between the hybrid and gas Santa Fe, and Russ even went out of his way to send me an article comparing the two so I could review it and feel good about the choice we were making. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out to me. After less-than-stellar experiences with a couple of other dealerships closer to home, Russ was truly a breath of fresh air. I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me.
