The process of buying my car back in May 2020 was great until I realized weeks later that I had put in to transfer my plates and they mistakenly put in to register my vehicle for new plates. A couple of weeks later they mailed me more “temporary” Plates with a note that I was still waiting for my custom plates which was extremely confusing. I only realized the mistake after the DMV contacted me saying they were going to suspend my license. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what was wrong (calling the dmv, my insurance company and the dealership multiple times) the dealership informed me of the mistake and told me I was going to be refunded the difference. That was in August 2020. It is now November and I have called multiple times informing them that I never received the difference only to be put on hold and put to a voicemail. I am very disappointed with how they handled this mishap.

Spoke with the owner Tom outside about my trade in. He should be embarrassed by his appalling and hostile behavior. Aside from aggressively yelling "I need to make money" when I told him I was looking for a little more for my trade as we looked to purchase a new Yukon Denali (our 4th). He was beyond aggressive while attempting to belittle and intimidate, which is shocking because we were loyal customers and always brought our car to T&T for service. It's sad because his employees are great but I can't stomach giving his organization $1. Given the choice I would rather walk than get a free truck from him.
I do wonder what the customers inside thought when he slammed his proposal on the floor while he glared at me from the showroom. Real classy.
I laugh seeing his replies from these reviews- especially because I saw first hand how he acts. In fact this was only reinforced when telling his employees what happened as I waited in the back for our car truck to finish. Trust me it is a facade. Not only will we NEVER buy another car from them but we are also taking our service elsewhere.

Went for minor service on my new Terrain - service advisor Getulio promptly greeted me and already knew what was needed for my request. Handed over the key and was told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. Well, I went into the lounge for coffee and waited awhile. After about a half hour I saw my vehicle drive by to the pickup area. I went outside and was again greeted by Getulio who told me everything was complete per my request and that the tech made sure all was in order.. I felt treated like a long time customer, even though it was my initial visit. Getulio did an outstanding job as advisor in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. I absolutely would recommend him for your service needs and was impressed by the whole service department. Thanks to all for a job well done

Before I started talking to Valentina, sales person at the Buick dealership, about leasing Buick Encore, I explained the situation that I had with my Jeep Compass which I was leasing at that time: The lease for the Jeep was up in August 2019. I went over the mileage allowance in the lease, and was considering buying the Jeep out. I called the bank and asked them to extend the lease for another 6 months for the Jeep; as a result the lease was extended until February 2020.
I told the sales person at the Buick dealership – Valentina, that if they would take the Jeep off my hands then we can talk about me leasing the Buick Encore. Valentina told me that she would need to talk to her manager. After she came back, she told me that the Jeep would be no problem and they would take the Jeep off my hands. They told me nothing about any conditions regarding me turning the Jeep in to them, and me having to pay for the Jeep anyway. I made a deal to lease the Buick and drove it home, thinking that they would take care of Jeep that I turned in to them, and would not have to worry about the Jeep
A month later, I receive a statement from a bank regarding Jeep Compass lease stating that I owe $4,000. Immediately I reach out to the Buick dealership, and Valentina told me that they took my Jeep as a courtesy to me, and that maximum they would pay would be lease termination fee - $400. I told her that this is not what we agreed upon, but she told me that they would never pay for the Jeep.
I tried reaching out to her and have this matter settled but she is just ignoring my efforts.
Valentina straight up lied to me. I clearly stated that the only way I would lease a Buick if they would take over my Jeep and they agreed, but as it turns out it was all a lie just to get me to sign for the Buick - highly unethical!!! Definitely not what I expected from a so called reputable business.
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE... STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

My daughters windshield cracked. I brought the car to the dealer. The windshield wiper transmission cracked causing the windshield to wobble in turn chipping away at the bottom of windshield until it cracked.
Although I had a bumper to bumper warranty the service manager backed by the general manager claimed someone broke it and would not honor the warranty. It cost me 1,000 dollars to repair windshield and the windshield transmission.
I traded out of this Buick dealer to a Ford that paid my last four lease payments.
Brian Vaughn the general manager said there was no higher to go past him.
Brian should remember there is always someone higher.
In this case it was me.

I ordered a corvette 12 months ago and put my money down. I was sent a form with color choices & options. I e mailed it back promptly. I recieved a order form / contract and a ‘push’ to get more money in to ‘hold my place in line’. I returned promptly. I made (2) subsequent changes to Add options. When the car was delivered 10/5/ 20, the interior was a different color than on my initial form. The sales man says it’s beautiful & a better color match’ (xxxxxxxx) and I objected. I was told you can get your money back, order another car or take this after waiting 12 months. I pigon holed. It turns out when I got to my paper copies that sales changed the interior without my knowledge! No one ever called me to review the order for color & options. I had no choice unless I was willing to waite another 4-6 more months but to accept their error. I am disappointed in Kerbeck for hustling their customers

Just bought a brand new GMC Acadia at Frank’s. I highly recommend coming here instead of any other GMC! The customer service is outstanding and it’s a family run business so they REALLY do treat you like family. Down to every last detail they ensure you are 105% satisfied with your vehicle before you buy. They are not your typical car salesmen and don’t try and sell you lemons or give you one liners.
