Purchased a AWS 3( dent and ding and wheel protection) for extended warranty 1-5 yr and refused to fix or replace my rim after hitting pot hole, and also refused to fix a paintless ding .Service department gets a ZERO in my book. My new truck two me 2018 Silverado ,also has a extended warranty .Brought it less then two years ago.I will let you know how that goes when I take it back to get serviced

Crooks. Bought a car from them in September 2020, they set up the financing through Wells Fargo. Didn't show me anything about the loan, just told me the payments (for the record my credit score is above 800), and they told me that they would "throw in warranties for free" which I found out about a month later when I was finally able to view my Wells Fargo statement that they sold me the warranties for $2300. When I bought the car I was living in PA, and in December moved to FL. In January I tried to transfer my registration to find out that Wells Fargo never received the title and couldn't approve the out of state transfer until it was received. From Feb-May I was bounced back and forth between Wells Fargo and this hack of a dealership. Dealership giving a runaround saying they accidently sent the title to GM Financial instead of Wells Fargo, then saying it was sent to Wells Fargo Financial instead of Wells Fargo Auto. In May they requested a new title to be created. Since July I have again been on the phone with everyone and anyone and this title still does not exist. My car is about to be illegal to drive and they have been no help. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. They're rude, they're unorganized, they have no code of ethics.

The Buick Encore has problems with the membrane on the hatchback which cannot be fixed, but they keep trying to replace this part and that part, and since it's a different part they keep trying, they won't cover the previous work done. So they continue to charge me for parts which they know will not fix the problem. Stay away from the Encore, and stay away from Freehold Buick!

Before I started talking to Valentina, sales person at the Buick dealership, about leasing Buick Encore, I explained the situation that I had with my Jeep Compass which I was leasing at that time: The lease for the Jeep was up in August 2019. I went over the mileage allowance in the lease, and was considering buying the Jeep out. I called the bank and asked them to extend the lease for another 6 months for the Jeep; as a result the lease was extended until February 2020.
I told the sales person at the Buick dealership – Valentina, that if they would take the Jeep off my hands then we can talk about me leasing the Buick Encore. Valentina told me that she would need to talk to her manager. After she came back, she told me that the Jeep would be no problem and they would take the Jeep off my hands. They told me nothing about any conditions regarding me turning the Jeep in to them, and me having to pay for the Jeep anyway. I made a deal to lease the Buick and drove it home, thinking that they would take care of Jeep that I turned in to them, and would not have to worry about the Jeep
A month later, I receive a statement from a bank regarding Jeep Compass lease stating that I owe $4,000. Immediately I reach out to the Buick dealership, and Valentina told me that they took my Jeep as a courtesy to me, and that maximum they would pay would be lease termination fee - $400. I told her that this is not what we agreed upon, but she told me that they would never pay for the Jeep.
I tried reaching out to her and have this matter settled but she is just ignoring my efforts.
Valentina straight up lied to me. I clearly stated that the only way I would lease a Buick if they would take over my Jeep and they agreed, but as it turns out it was all a lie just to get me to sign for the Buick - highly unethical!!! Definitely not what I expected from a so called reputable business.
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE... STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

SUS-PI-CIOUS !!!!! They act like you're crazy when you ask for their shop records for their XX point inspection on a used car -- "We dont know what youre TALKING about, what IS that?????" and "No one ever asked us so that's why it's taking sooo long to show you a copy." Then, after showing you a copy of the shop records, they post a sign on the car saying there could be $1000 worth of damage to the car, and want you to sign a WAIVER saying you knew about it -- and they tell you that ALL their used cars say that -- "BECAUSE THEY'RE BEING TRANSPARENT." On manager says it's NJ State Law, then another one says it's Kirbeck policy only. They told me it's on ALL their used cars, and the policy just started "last night." Meanwhile not one other car I could see on the lot had this notice on it. TOTAL BS, then they told me to leave when I called them out on the lie. I would stay FAR away.

A THIRD TRANSMISSION ISSUE Update 9/14/22 here we are again not shifting properly and the engine late came on and we immediately received an onstar alert to service transmission in 7 days so we are again without a vehicle. This entire experience has been truly awful and time consuming.
Update as of 8/30- we were told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle on 8/26 and picked it up on 8/29. Today we received a call from GM indicating that the field tech sent out was “still looking into things on the vehicle” in contrast to what we were told by the dealer, and had we known this we would’ve not pIcked up the vehicle.
Purchased a certified used vehicle from them at 30,000 miles transmission had a catastrophic failure and left us on the side of the road. dealer would not give us a loaner so we were left without a vehicle for about 20 days. they replaced the transmission and 2 months later we had another issue and began getting error codes for the transmission. We brought the vehicle back and indicated that we'd like to trade it for something comparable since there is clearly major issues with the vehicle. The dealer gave us options that would cost us double our current payment or alternatively more than $100 per month. They also failed to respond to GM until GM asked for a manager. it should be noted that we paid full price for the vehicle when we purchased and did not negotiate and now they are leaving us high and dry with a severely defective vehicle.

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.
