I'm a military member serving overseas, and was looking for a car to have for when I returned stateside next year. I contacted the dealership about the Vehicle on a Sunday Night, and Eric reached out to me the very next day. Over the next month, he stayed in constant contact with me, answering all of my questions promptly, and helping me with this vehicle purchase, even though I am thousands of miles away in a different country. I don't think I've ever had better customer service in my life. I know the process was a different and difficult journey, but Eric definitely came through in the clutch. I truly appreciate it, and would definitely recommend anyone to go to him for their car buying needs.

Over one week I went to four different dealerships in the Southern New Jersey region. Avalon Honda was rude and slapped us with hidden fees....we left.......Toms River Honda had a rude manager....Davis Honda was way over-priced as was nearly everybody at the Turnersville Auto Mall.
Luckily for me I found BURKE! Ned was the most polite, friendly and courteous salesman I have ever had. It felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend-- that's how nice he was. No pressure at all, and was willing to work something out, as was the manager. I drove out an hour later in my beautiful 2017 Honda Civic!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Cerified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain from Perrine Buick GMC a week ago.
It started with emails which were answered quickly and professionally. I was invited to take a test drive even though the salesman I requested was not working that day. No problem having the Terrain ready for me to take out when I got there in the evening and no pressure to do anything other than the test drive.
The next day I returned and was pleased with the entire operation. My salesman was Steve
Servetah who answered all my questions and had me drive it again and look it over carefully in the daylight. We were able to make a deal including a good price for my trade-in. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very efficient and knowledgeable. The car was beautifully detailed and the Finance Manager got me the GM 1.9% financing available for CPO vehicles. I ordered an accessory and the parts department called within 24 hours that it had arrived. I could not be happier with the Terrain or the dealership.
The owner of the dealership, Fred Perrine, introduced himself - he is onsite and involved and I'm sure that has a lot to do with the feeling that you are dealing with an honest, family-run business.

I had been shopping around for a 2019 GMC Terrain for several months prior to visiting T&T Coast. Although this is a smaller dealership compared to some others in the surrounding area (i.e., Toms River), their inventory frequently changes, and I was able to test drive several trim levels of the Terrain without question (I believe I test drove 3 or 4, and they had no issue with this whatsoever). They offer very unique vehicles, such as several Terrains with a "blackout" package added, as well as many Terrains in a base trim without unnecessary packages added on, thus making them more affordable. If you're looking for variety, this is the place to go to.
Salesman "Jordan" was fantastic from our first visit until we took the vehicle home several weeks later. He provided full transparency and told me which trim level I would be able to afford. No games, no gimmicks, no false promises, and most of all, no pressure. On my first visit, he told me I simply could not afford the vehicles currently on their lot, and that he would keep an eye on their inventory and call me when an affordable Terrain arrives. Transparency and honesty such as this is extremely difficult to come by nowadays. Several weeks later, the perfect vehicle arrived, and Jordan immediately called me to let me know. I leased the vehicle the following day.
The showroom and service center are both immaculate. This is clearly a family-owned business, as several of the sales representatives assisted me throughout the leasing process. For example, there is one gentleman who is extremely knowledgeable with OnStar, so he assisted me with that setup process. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a dealership that doesn't have an "every man for himself" mentality. Everybody in the dealership seemed excited to have me leave with my Terrain. Every dealership calls themselves "a family business", but you truly see a family atmosphere here.
If you're in the market for a GMC or Buick, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I leased a 2019 Acadia, I traded in my 2016 Toyota Sienna, I was promised that they would pay off my 3 remaining payments. A payment was do in 5 days. Steve Kirsch and the salesman Jorge suggested that I pay this payment and I would be reimburse within thirty days. It is now past 120 days. They continue to lie and deceive.
I complained to the Better Business Bureau, Cars.com and this still doesn't motivate Mr. Kirsch, next step Small claims court.
"Buyer Beware" do not believe this company, do not leave anything in the hands of this sales team, it will not be honored.

I had a great experience with the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership in May to look at a particular Enclave from their inventory and discuss the lease options. We were greeted at the front desk and referred to Laurence Corsey. Laurence was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. We took the car for a test drive, discussed lease options and payment. It came out a bit more than I expected, so we negotiated a little. Laurence was able to meet me in the middle. He introduced us to Sarah McEwen, the Finance manager, who helped us customize some lease options. Sarah was very professional and friendly. Overall, we had a very good impression of the place. None of the people who worked with us was pushy or played any sales tricks. I would definitely recommend Miller Buick GMC and Laurence Corsey and Sarah McEwen in particular.

I have been dealing with Green Brook GMC for years and to be honest there have been minimal issues with them and I have even recommended them to family and friends who have also purchased vehicles there as well, until today!!!
What occurred today with Josh Ferraez has really put me in a position to not only stop buying vehicles from them every 2 years as I have been doing but I am also contemplating trading in my 2019 Terrain Denali & my wife's 2016 Terrain for a totally different model & make.
We brought the 2016 Terrain in due to a sound in the front end, the car has 45,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident or gone into potholes. We were told that the strut on the left side had a part failure but we were only going to have to pay a little over $300! First off, at 45,000 miles you really should not have to replace struts unless your car was in an accident or you ran over a pothole, with that said, as a customer who has been purchasing vehicles for over 12 years with them I figured let me go talk to the owners son Josh, I was sure he would come back at us and say, "since your great customers of ours, this time he will take care of it".
That did not happen, instead of resolving the issue he was very condescending to the point where I just told my wife, lets go!!
I understand its business and no one likes to lose money but, if the car had 60,000 miles on it, this would not be an issue and I would pay whatever the repair cost was.
Its a shame it came down to this because the folks I dealt with through out the years such as as Phrampton, who was our sales person and Getulio and Fred from service are the ones who suffer due to the owners son Josh's poor customer service style.

Not an honest dealership - lessonlearned
I bought a used car from them that I saw online. As I live out of state, I had to arrange for a shipping company to pick up the car and bring it to my home town. While I was arranging my transport (and after I had paid for the car in full), they drove it for their personal use and put 800 miles on it! Still in disbelief that not only do dealerships do this regularly, but that they get away with it. I have documented proof of the mileage discrepancy.

this place has the worst customer service, if you order anything online you have to hunt them down to get your product and there service center closes at 2 on the weekend and 4 during the week, so if you work for a living don’t expect to just go pick up your order. And there finance manager is so rude it’s unbelievable that he’s a manager. Don’t waste your time just go to Bennett in eht.

I went in last week to buy a new truck, and I can hear the General Manager screaming at the salesmen in front of customers. I spoke with the receptionist and she informed me that the dealership was under new ownership. I could tell then and there just by the faces of the employees that I should buy elsewhere.
