We recently moved into the area and I needed some repairs on my 10 year old truck. Brenda was able to schedule me for two days later. Some diagnostic work was necessary, after which she quoted lower prices than my original dealer and completed the repairs the following day. Very good experience, I’ll be back for routine maintenance and repairs.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Cerified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain from Perrine Buick GMC a week ago.
It started with emails which were answered quickly and professionally. I was invited to take a test drive even though the salesman I requested was not working that day. No problem having the Terrain ready for me to take out when I got there in the evening and no pressure to do anything other than the test drive.
The next day I returned and was pleased with the entire operation. My salesman was Steve
Servetah who answered all my questions and had me drive it again and look it over carefully in the daylight. We were able to make a deal including a good price for my trade-in. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very efficient and knowledgeable. The car was beautifully detailed and the Finance Manager got me the GM 1.9% financing available for CPO vehicles. I ordered an accessory and the parts department called within 24 hours that it had arrived. I could not be happier with the Terrain or the dealership.
The owner of the dealership, Fred Perrine, introduced himself - he is onsite and involved and I'm sure that has a lot to do with the feeling that you are dealing with an honest, family-run business.

My husband and I had such a great experience with the whole process, and everyone we worked with! Honestly 10 stars! Rick was super helpful and friendly, he answered all our questions, and was super patient (even though we were running late and my husband asked lots of questions lol:)! He responded very quickly to some additional questions we had via text, and just was very helpful. I spoke with Claudia over the phone and she wanted to make sure we would be helped quickly, so she asked some questions to clarify what we were looking for and was just genuinely helpful and courteous! Also, Jose followed up to make sure he had the vehicle we were looking for so we did not drive over and waste time if they did not have the car in stock. And, both Jose and Rick went WAY above and beyond because if was Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and we were running late and were the last one there, but they were so amazing and just made the experience great! Even the financing was so easy and made sure to thank my husband for his service (which is just so sweet and genuine)! The service adviser Scott Hunter was just awful to deal with. I had to repeat myself multiple times and then I had to correct the requested services as he put it wrong on the paper all the while he is trying to upsell me. To top it off, I get into my car and the panels inside where not correctly put back, the glove box door now drops with a bang every time I open it, papers that were in my glove box were not all put back, some were in the back seat some under the seat. For that I am giving 0-stars.
I am giving 3-stars for JOSEPH FALLIVENE. All the while I was there this guy was consistently busy, eather with customers or paperwork. I saw Mr. Fallivene resolve a number of customer concerns.

Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.

He remained patient when something I did not understand required further explanation. He relayed insider information without taking advantage me. I am not a car salesperson who sells cars every day.
Stan, the supervisor of Pre-Owned, was accommodating and gave me personalized attention.
Getulio of the Service Department, too, was helpful making sure I was totally satisfied. He worked around my schedule when I got regular maintenance on my car afterwards.
Mel, the woman at Reception, always greeted me with a smile. She, also, was part of the process. She directed me to the right person when needed.
Mia, in the Service Department, even cut a few threads hanging off my suit tie. You cannot get any better than that!

purchased a 2012 GMC for $12k on a Saturday, the check engine light comes on very next day codes P219A & P219B. personal opinion is codes were cleared before purchase, however we have no way to prove this. this was a problem for us due to we are from NY and in order to pass the emissions inspection the check engine light can not be on. Dealership un-willing to correct the problem at all. Jim Cipolla was our salesman, and he states "I spoke with Brian Vaughan, our general sales manager and he said he would not pay to cover an item that isnt apart of the powertrain. I'm sorry"-who sells a vehicle and doesnt handle issues that come up the very next day after the sale!? Total BS. Do not recommend this dealer.

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.

Our salesman was Vince, we have purchased many cars in the past and he is defiantly one of the best we have dealt with! From the beginning he told us he was new to the dealership and might not know everything about the vehicles, but would make sure to get us all the information we wanted/needed.
