I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

From walking in and being greeted by Jamie and being introduced to salesperson Hank who took the time to show me each car and went through every option and every test drive. Thought about the pros and cons to each vehicle based on my family. Then when I picked out my car I ran into a snag based on credit. Well here comes Tim the owner and Keith in finance who went above and beyond to help me and explain every detail. They didnt push didnt rush and made me feel like family. I would most certainly recommend this group of greats.. and my next purchase will be with them for sure!!

We purchased a 2016 Chevy 2500HD while living 2 hours away. Mark Hathaway was patient and willing to provide excellence service. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase every step of the way. Our children felt as if they belonged and were not a bother during the process. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership even if I had to drive another 2 hours. The price was a steal and the truck was magnificent.

This was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment I asked if I could drop off the car and pick it up at the end of the day (so I could go to work) and the girl informed me I had to show up at the time of my appointment. I dropped the car off yesterday and when I picked it up they informed me it was not covered under warranty (which I completely understood.) However, when I got it back yesterday the radio, blinker, seatbelt alarm, etc., did not work. I called them and they told me to bring it back in the morning.
I brought it back this morning and the man told me it was like that when I dropped it off. The navigation literally told me where to turn into the parking lot! After continually insisting it was like that, he then explained he heard a “thumping” noise when they brought it up. When asked why I wasn’t told any of this yesterday, I was told they assumed I knew since it was like that when I dropped it off. I was told that they do not touch the radio or anything that would affect that even though they told me they took the whole side apart yesterday. It was not until I had him speak to my husband that he admitted it may have happened when they were testing it to find the leak, but that it still wouldn’t be covered. To continuosly question me but have a completely different response to my husband was disgraceful. I paid 140.00 to get my car back worst than when I dropped it off. I am incredibly disappointed with how it was all handled and I will never return to FC Kerbeck or suggest that anyone else purchase a car there.
Don't buy here, you'll regret it. - Regreting the experience.

Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.

Needed a car quickly to replace vehicle that was totaled, so determined on '18 Encore and ventured to dealership within 10-minutes of home. No immediate problem with being handed off from one salesperson to another during test drive, but little did we realize that was a sign of things to come.
So you have a motivated cash buyer in your showroom within (3) days of totaling a vehicle, and in the quintessential horrible fashion of proverbially "biting off your nose just to spite your face" the Sales Manager in all of his infinite wisdom determines to only reduce vehicle Selling Price by the Manufacturer's Incentives. What???? You're not placing a-n-y skin in the game???
Well, this isn't the 1970's, and I wasn't born yesterday! Bought our '18 Encore at a much more reputable dealership 25-minutes away in Flemington for thousands (yes, $1,000s) less than this circus act in Green Brook.
The ironic thing is that the day before finalizing the deal in Flemington, some other yokel in Green Brook calls begging us to purchase from them for almost the same price. Too late Huckleberry; you snooze you d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y lose!

purchased a 2012 GMC for $12k on a Saturday, the check engine light comes on very next day codes P219A & P219B. personal opinion is codes were cleared before purchase, however we have no way to prove this. this was a problem for us due to we are from NY and in order to pass the emissions inspection the check engine light can not be on. Dealership un-willing to correct the problem at all. Jim Cipolla was our salesman, and he states "I spoke with Brian Vaughan, our general sales manager and he said he would not pay to cover an item that isnt apart of the powertrain. I'm sorry"-who sells a vehicle and doesnt handle issues that come up the very next day after the sale!? Total BS. Do not recommend this dealer.

As a long item Chevy/GMC guy, Run!!! do not walk !!! far far far away from this terrible dealership. My salesperson lied and misled me and eventually INVENTED a recall on the car (seriously said there was a recall on just that vehicle)I wanted when it was sold to someone else. I had made it clear I wanted this car and was assured by the saleperson "it is on my desk and it is going nowhere" When I approached the sales manager Peter, his reply was "you snooze, you lose" and this was after I visited the showroom 4 times, called a dozen times and having sent countless unanswered emails trying to buy this car.

From the beginning he told us he was new to the dealership and might not know everything about the vehicles, but would make sure to get us all the information we wanted/needed.
