This dealership was great and incredibly accommodating. I had to buy my car from out-of-state and mostly over the phone. Their salesman, Brandon Velasquez, made the entire process seamless. He got all the paperwork ready, answered all of my questions on time, and had everything prepped for the purchase. I was on a really tight timeline to actually buy the car, Brandon knew that ahead of time and got me in and out of the dealership in less than a half hour. He was knowledgeable about the products, helpful in answering my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. I just leased a 2021 Equinox from Burke Motor Group to replace my 2018 Cruze which had reached the end of its lease. It was a great experience!
There were some hurdles to clear and obstacles to navigate around due to my credit and financial limitations, but from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle a few days later, the staff at BMG were courteous, professional, and really treated me well.
My salesman, Ned Hood, was absolutely fantastic. He found the PERFECT car for me — at another dealership, no less — and made the arrangements to acquire it. I gave him the most non-specific preferences to go by, and he somehow managed to find a vehicle that was precisely the configuration I had in mind as my “ideal.”
The sales manager, Matt Slobodjian, really put in the effort to help secure the financing approval for my new lease. He's good at what he does, and his demeanor when explaining things to me and discussing my options was calm, patient, and professional.
The Texan finance guy who did all the paperwork with me (Mr. Powers) has a personality bigger than the state he came from and was super chill and easy to work with.
Overall, my experience with Burke Motor Group was great. This is the third vehicle I have bought or leased from them in my lifetime, and I will certainly be coming back for my next.

I had a superb experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership recently. After visiting countless dealerships only to be surprised by tons of hidden fees, I really appreciated the straight and honest pricing here. Jeff, my salesman, was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing but more than that wasn’t pushy and really appeared interested in me getting the car I wanted (and not just a sale on his list). He was very welcoming and answered all of the questions i had very honestly. I have to also acknowledge the finance manager Korey who was awesome and also a pleasure to work with. I was a bit skeptical at first (as I am with all finance folks at dealerships), but he quickly convinced me that he was different from others. He too, was knowledgeable and was also focused on my concerns and not just the sale. He worked to get me the best rate possible (which he did and a few extras!). both of these gentleman were professional but above all treated me with great care and not just another sale! I definitely recommend these guys if you’re in the market for a vehicle on their lot.

Beware of the Seepage Scam! I brought my 2011 Acadia in for a recall and figured I would have the oil changed while it was in for service. The service department contacted me and advised that I was leaking oil form the front case and it would be $2500 to repair. I told him I wanted to have my mechanic look at it and he talked to the service manager and came back with, "What if we did it for half the amount." Red flag right there. I told him no and brought it to my mechanic, who advised that this is normal seepage and even printed out a pictured diagram from the manufacturer describing it. I wonder how many customers have been taken by this scam. I bet they pressure wash the undercarriage and send you on your way. And by the way, they never changed my oil either. I had a friend who had the same experience with the seepage scam. Poor business ethics.

We looked at a car and decided we liked it. We were dealing with Gee. Decided we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get the actual price. That should have been the warning sign! Agreed on the price Saturday over the phone but we were in Virginia. Told him we would be up Monday at about 5:30 to pick up the car. He called us on Monday at 11:30 to confirm we were coming up. We told him yes and drove up from Virginia. We get there and he is too busy to really help us. He knew who we were since he called us by name.Then shows us the wrong car and finally tells us he just sold the car we had driven up to get but he has others. Classic bait and switch. We walked out. I will not buy anything from these people!

Crooks. Bought a car from them in September 2020, they set up the financing through Wells Fargo. Didn't show me anything about the loan, just told me the payments (for the record my credit score is above 800), and they told me that they would "throw in warranties for free" which I found out about a month later when I was finally able to view my Wells Fargo statement that they sold me the warranties for $2300. When I bought the car I was living in PA, and in December moved to FL. In January I tried to transfer my registration to find out that Wells Fargo never received the title and couldn't approve the out of state transfer until it was received. From Feb-May I was bounced back and forth between Wells Fargo and this hack of a dealership. Dealership giving a runaround saying they accidently sent the title to GM Financial instead of Wells Fargo, then saying it was sent to Wells Fargo Financial instead of Wells Fargo Auto. In May they requested a new title to be created. Since July I have again been on the phone with everyone and anyone and this title still does not exist. My car is about to be illegal to drive and they have been no help. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. They're rude, they're unorganized, they have no code of ethics.

Just bought a brand new GMC Acadia at Frank’s. I highly recommend coming here instead of any other GMC! The customer service is outstanding and it’s a family run business so they REALLY do treat you like family. The Buick Encore has problems with the membrane on the hatchback which cannot be fixed, but they keep trying to replace this part and that part, and since it's a different part they keep trying, they won't cover the previous work done. So they continue to charge me for parts which they know will not fix the problem. Stay away from the Encore, and stay away from Freehold Buick!

Before I started talking to Valentina, sales person at the Buick dealership, about leasing Buick Encore, I explained the situation that I had with my Jeep Compass which I was leasing at that time: The lease for the Jeep was up in August 2019. I went over the mileage allowance in the lease, and was considering buying the Jeep out. I called the bank and asked them to extend the lease for another 6 months for the Jeep; as a result the lease was extended until February 2020.
I told the sales person at the Buick dealership – Valentina, that if they would take the Jeep off my hands then we can talk about me leasing the Buick Encore. Valentina told me that she would need to talk to her manager. After she came back, she told me that the Jeep would be no problem and they would take the Jeep off my hands. They told me nothing about any conditions regarding me turning the Jeep in to them, and me having to pay for the Jeep anyway. I made a deal to lease the Buick and drove it home, thinking that they would take care of Jeep that I turned in to them, and would not have to worry about the Jeep
A month later, I receive a statement from a bank regarding Jeep Compass lease stating that I owe $4,000. Immediately I reach out to the Buick dealership, and Valentina told me that they took my Jeep as a courtesy to me, and that maximum they would pay would be lease termination fee - $400. I told her that this is not what we agreed upon, but she told me that they would never pay for the Jeep.
I tried reaching out to her and have this matter settled but she is just ignoring my efforts.
Valentina straight up lied to me. I clearly stated that the only way I would lease a Buick if they would take over my Jeep and they agreed, but as it turns out it was all a lie just to get me to sign for the Buick - highly unethical!!! Definitely not what I expected from a so called reputable business.
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE... STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
