Buying a car is typically thought of as a dreadful process. This was the complete opposite. I saw this car online and was a bit skeptical as the price seemed too good to be true. Bruce was excellent about explaining why the car was priced where it was priced. I was able to verify through other sources and everything Bruce told me was 100% accurate. In addition they went out of their way to accommodate me. I wanted the car but could not get in until Monday. They typically do not hold cars, but i was able to give them a deposit and they agreed to hold for me. This says a lot about their willingness to work with a buyer. This was by far the best experience i have ever had buying a car. It was seamless. I was in and out in a very short period of time. Bruce my sales person was terrific! I was a buyer from another state and all the paperwork was ready when i arrived and there were no snags. I would recommend Coleman to anyone.

I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

Just a quick review of the great service and staff at this NJ GMC location. I was looking for a pre-owned GMC Terrain and T and T Coast had several to choose from as well as a wide variety of new GMC's as well. We had traveled to a half dozen or so NJ dealerships before locating a vehicle we liked at T and T Coast.
I was taken care of by salesman Tim Hall, who was both knowledgeable and understanding of my wants and needs. He showed us the vehicle we liked and took us on a test drive to fully explain the vehicles features to us. There was no high pressure sales and after the test drive he gave us time to discuss the purchase between ourselves. Once we decided he worked along with the sales manager to complete the sale. The manager Pete Botazzi was very friendly and came over to introduce himself as did one of the dealerships owners Tom Faragalli.
Being in the customer service business myself, I can appreciate the way they take care of their customers. This personal service sets them apart from other dealers we visited and we will come back again for future purchases. I'm upset that I had to give this dealership any stars. They ran an ad on an Acadia. My husband called on Thursday December 28th and asked about the car. They stated they had the car and my husband made an appointment for Friday December 29th. The ad showed they only had 53 Acadias available, so my husband called again on Friday December 29th before we left PA to make the trip. The woman he spoke to stated that if it was on the website, then they still had it in stock. He made it very clear that we were taking the trip to see the Acadia in the ad and only the Acadia in the ad.
We get to the dealership...nope they don't have it! I guess we should have known better, but my husband called not once, but TWICE to confirm they had the car. As we're standing in the show room, my husband pulls up the website and the car is still listed on the website!!!! "Yeah we don't have it" Okay, then why is your website showing it's available????
They had the audacity to ask if we wanted to get prices on a lease. I told them I'd never purchase anything from them because of their deceitful business practices.
So do they have the car or was it just a bait ad to get people in the door??? Monday January 1, they are still running the ad for the Acadia.
Beware of this dealership. They run false advertisements to get you in the door. Horrible business.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD. While I was here with my family, husband and 6 year old child, I was sitting down going over some finances with a sales advisor. At first, I thought this place was great, they were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The next part, changed all of that. The assistant manager & what I think was the pre-owned Manager got in an altercation with a man and his family. They walked in (3 Hispanic men) CLEARLY DISTRESSED AND UPSET. I don't have a PHD in psychology but it was clear on their face. I overheard them speaking about a car they bought AT JIM SALERNO. PRE OWNED. and you'll never believe this.... IT DOESN'T WORK. ITS A F**KING LEMON. As my husband is talking, I am listening to this go down and as each time of those managers spoke, my heart sank. I have no Spanish decent in me, but I felt as if the managers were RACIALLY PROFILING them and accusing the 3 that i's their fault the car doesn't work. You will never guess what happens next!! You would think they would invite them to sit down and try to do something SINCE THEY SOLD A LEMON TO THESE POOR GUYS, BUT INSTEAD THEY CALLED THE COPS. Absolutely, HORRIBLE place to go to. I don't understand how you sell a car to someone and then not help them what so ever. MONEY HUNGRY, RACIST, AND A WASTE OF TIME. DISGUSTING.

After watching the "Kerbeck show" I called to inquire about a truck that was on "air",,,I was told it was not available,,Then i asked about 2 other trucks that was on air ,, Jamie Leventhall again told me not available , but stated they had several others at virtually the same MSRP. I asked about price and he told me they are about $ 6,000.00 more!!!! A true bait and switch operation going on here for SURE !!! Buyers beware.. Go somewhere else..You will save yourself a big headache !!!

Went to buy a used truck from this dealer. Salesperson was helpful with sending pictures of the truck as I was an out of town customer. Salesperson picked me up from the airport and I test drove vehicle back to dealership. Upon inspection of the truck the under body was covered with rust. Manager tried to say that's normal and just surface rust. I know surface rust and this was sever. The entire frame was rusting. When I declined to purchase the vehicle. The manager told the salesperson they could not take me back to the airport. Worst customer service ever. Now they are not processing my deposit return.

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.

I will never go back to them again. It’s my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from them, I thought they would see me as a valuable customer. They sold me a piece of crap jeep, I’ve had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. They got my info compromised and I had money taken out of account fraudulently and had to cancel my card. When I call and leave a message they never call back. When I told them I was unhappy with my purchase they gave me the run around. They don’t listen to the customer and try to make them happy, they just trick and deceive customers. I would never recommend them!

Needed a car quickly to replace vehicle that was totaled, so determined on '18 Encore and ventured to dealership within 10-minutes of home. No immediate problem with being handed off from one salesperson to another during test drive, but little did we realize that was a sign of things to come.
So you have a motivated cash buyer in your showroom within (3) days of totaling a vehicle, and in the quintessential horrible fashion of proverbially "biting off your nose just to spite your face" the Sales Manager in all of his infinite wisdom determines to only reduce vehicle Selling Price by the Manufacturer's Incentives. What???? You're not placing a-n-y skin in the game???
Well, this isn't the 1970's, and I wasn't born yesterday! Bought our '18 Encore at a much more reputable dealership 25-minutes away in Flemington for thousands (yes, $1,000s) less than this circus act in Green Brook.
The ironic thing is that the day before finalizing the deal in Flemington, some other yokel in Green Brook calls begging us to purchase from them for almost the same price. Too late Huckleberry; you snooze you d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y lose!

As a long item Chevy/GMC guy, Run!!! do not walk !!! far far far away from this terrible dealership. My salesperson lied and misled me and eventually INVENTED a recall on the car (seriously said there was a recall on just that vehicle)I wanted when it was sold to someone else. I had made it clear I wanted this car and was assured by the saleperson "it is on my desk and it is going nowhere" When I approached the sales manager Peter, his reply was "you snooze, you lose" and this was after I visited the showroom 4 times, called a dozen times and having sent countless unanswered emails trying to buy this car.
