This past weekend, I purchased a certified preowned Rogue... - agrosso6580
This past weekend, I purchased a certified preowned Rogue Sport for my Mom. I had purchased vehicles here in the past, so when it was time to get a vehicle, I knew where to go. My brother and I started by checking the online inventory, because... Covid. We found a vehicle, and contacted the dealership, to ensure it was available and no one else had started to look at it. We spoke with Alicia, and she was willing to work with my schedule, and assured us, one of us could come in to test drive the vehicle, when we were ready. My brother’s schedule opened up, due to the weather and he was able to take the vehicle for a test drive that same night. He was more than impressed, and let me tell you, he’s difficult to impress. He came back, and spoke with John Anderson, then, handed the reigns to me for the remainder of the transaction. I called John, on Friday late morning, and by 1PM, we were scheduling when to get the vehicle. Our Mom has some health issues, and requires treatment, so, John went out of his way, to come deliver the vehicle, TO HER HOUSE!!! He brought it, parked it in her driveway, and had a few minutes of paper signing, then, he was on his way. This was a seamless process, and quickest time, purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were impressed with Route 46 Nissan enough to drive 3 hours to their dealership to buy our car. We were also impressed with our sales consultant, Nicholas Giaomaro as soon as we met him. There were a few misunderstandings regarding the price, but Nick explained things to our satisfaction. Nick is friendly, thoughtful, and he knows what he’s doing which helped saved us time. It was well worth the drive and we would definitely go back and ask for Nick again!

Dropped car off to Jeff the night before for oil change,... - sean219sand
Dropped car off to Jeff the night before for oil change, USB port not working, noises in steering and suspension and check engine lite is on . I get a call at 2 pm asking a follow up question about USB port. Then don't hear back. I call at 4:45 and they say it's done. Really???? No call no thing explaining what was done. I ask to speak to Jeff and he says the following. "Oil change done. Check engine lite on for a code that is old. If it comes back on then we will replace a part. USB port, hmm looks like another Nissan replaced the radio so we are not going to fix another dealerships repair. In regards to the noise it needs a strut but there is other damage under the car so we are not covering it". Then precedes to charge me $100 cause it's "not under warranty". I asked to speak to the service manager Bob and he didn't return my call. Even to Jeff's own admission the Altima sits very low to the ground. So yes the plastic is broke from hitting driveways. I am not worried about that. But the strut should not be bad. And oh yeah in my paper work it claims the noise to "be from jumping car". Haha. I'm a 50 year old guy. Come on. Really???? Oh yeah and the mileage in is the same as the mileage out so not doesn't even look like they test drove the car. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Find another dealer to service your car
And 12 hours later the check engine lite came back on
New Rogue - Claude Anthony VonVussenheimer
Came in looking for a brand new Rogue. Was greeted in the parking lot by Gary Demayo. A delightful young man who is one of the salespeople/lease consultants there. He is very funny and a huge hockey fan (which I am myself)
After we took a little walk around the lot, I spotted a beautiful Pearl White SV rogue. Gary pulled up the vehicle for us. Out of all my years of purchasing vehicles, Ive had never a salesman who knew about the car more than him. He knew all the standard features, packages, and what model comes with what. It was amazing to say the least, to retain that kind of knowledge. After the test drive, it only took about 20 minutes to come to a fair deal for a lease and I was more than please. The Manager, Jose, came out and introduced himself at the end to say thank you for my business and I appreciated it very much.
I will be definitely coming back to here to work with Gary on my wifes next vehicle. Nissan of Stanhope has earned a customer for a long time!

After years of our family purchasing cars from... - unsatisfiedbuyer
After years of our family purchasing cars from Bridgewater Nissan, we are going elsewhere. They used to be fair and helpful, but now they are rude, disrespectful, and preposterous with the offers they will entertain. Cars purchased from them are bought back for pennies on the dollar leaving you with a huge gap to pay on top of the new car you're getting ripped off on. Vinny and Erik are particularly rude and could not make the process any more stressful. We went elsewhere and learned how absolutely wonderful and helpful dealerships can be.
No wonder we heard them talking about how badly they're doing.

Incentives are for dealerships, not the customer. This is crystal clear at Sansone Auto mall. Had a nice price at the end of March, in April the Altima went to 0% financing for 60 months. The car automatically went up $2,500. They couldn’t even honor their own TruCar price from less than a week earlier. In closing, they know what they want to make on a car. The incentives and rebates from the manufacturer (In my case Nissan) are for them, not you, the customer. Be careful here.

I NEVER make reviews, but this one is well-deserved. This was my first time buying a car, with low credit, and a horrible driving record; I HIGHLY recommend Joe Roussell. He’s very adamant about doing what will work with the client, not him. The manager Ahmed Fajad, helped me get the most affordable insurance I can get with a bad driving record. Out of all the dealerships I went to, they cut my insurance by hundreds of dollars!! All in all, SUPURB salesman and dealership!!
Beware of ACME Nissan! - christopher.atkinsit
Unfortunately, in order to protect unsuspecting buyers, I must submit a negative review for ACME Nissan. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would.
My story begins in mid June, 2020. I found a nissan on their lot, that was posted on a third-party vehicle listing site. I noticed that it had been sitting on the lot for about six months, so I decided to call and set an appointment to see it. As I do not live in New Jersey, I wanted to make sure everything was properly prepared for my visit, so I asked him to wash it and have it prepared because I'd like to take it home that day. (I'll spare most details about the particular vehicle, as the business practices with ACME nissan are what I want to focus my review on).
Despite me telling Bryant McNeil, the Sales Associate that I'm travelling over an hour and a half away, the vehicle was not even sprayed off to give a clean appearance. Oil was visibly leaking from the bottom, the window tint was clearly unprofessional and had "3M" prominently tiled across all of the windows, aftermarket wires were hanging down below the trunk. It was presented awfully! Regardless to the horrible condition it was in, I still decided to take it for a test drive, to which they would only allow me to drive ~1 mile.
My story should end here and I should have left and simply pursued other options. IT GETS WORSE. We entered into aggressive negotiations. To be clear, I mean Bryant aggressively let me know that there were NO negotiations. To add insult to injury, he kept making it known that the purchase would be AS-IS and that he could not discount the advertised price.
I left, dissatisfied with the entire experience, feeling defeated and ready to continue my search with different dealerships until the following day, when received an email from Lou Narcisi, the General Sales Manager. I conveyed my observations via email, and his tone was much better. I once again, felt comfortable about the vehicle and the dealership while communicating with him. He assured me that he could have the Service Department look into the bad wiring and leaks. I let him know that I would be buying cash and inquired on the best out of door price. I also found that the vehicle was previously listed for less and forwarded the information to Lou.
He sent me an email - (which I am attaching below) with the breakdown and I attempted to have the Dealer Doc Fee waived/removed. Lou confirmed that he was "all in at the pricing" that he sent.
Finally, I was ready to make my vehicle purchase! Lou and I both informed Bryant McNeil, the shady Sales Associate, and I made a $500 deposit at Bryant's request. I had a certified check made from my Credit Union and brought the remaining cash as requested. I also insured the vehicle and forwarded the insurance info and had a family member drive me to pick up the vehicle.
Despite all the communication with Lou and me complying 100% and the deal being in writing, Bryant called me while I was on my way to take delivery and stated the price would be an additional $1,300! Absurd!!
Until this point, I have only heard about about dealerships doing this, but never witnessed it and have certainly never become a victim.
This display of actions shows me that ACME Nissan practices deceptive schemes and preys on anyone who will fall victim.
When I arrived, I showed all of my email communications with Lou to Bryant. He vehemently persisted on the additional $1,300 and disregarded Lou's "all-in offer". We engaged in a shouting match in the showroom floor and several guests uncomfortably walked away. When I asked for Lou, Bryant stated that he was not in the building and later stated that he was on vacation.
As It became increasingly obvious that Bryant would not relent, I requested a member of the senior management team. Jake Jaskowski, the Sales Manager, had already been made aware of the situation, but I explained it to him myself. He reviewed the emails and offered a refund of my deposit.
Folks, please be careful when dealing with ACME Nissan! Good dealerships still exist!
Worst place ever. Don’t go here. - angrycustomer
Bought a used car and it works fine. But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.

We took our car in for service and were told we needed a part. They did not test drive they just plugged it into a computer. That part was replaced 5 months prior to this. Nissan Insisted this was the issue. When the car was picked up, the same issue we took the car in for to service was still happening After paying over $700. Still car was never test driven. We were given a rental and were told we would be contacted the following day. We were told the car was running fine After making one minor adjustment and they do not give any money back or discounts for service that was unnecessary or not needed. They offered to take all the parts out that they did but only give a $100 discount off the $700. Tried to speak to the owner of Nissan of Vineland. He again reiterated they never give money back, and that I should be happy they fixed it the second time. Owner was very rude, and had zero respect. I do not recommend anyone to do service at this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
Do NOT Trust Them With Your Money: Worst Experience - Goffle Road Guy
I've bought or leased maybe 20 cars in the past 25 years between me, my wife and my kids' cars. Not all dealers are as good as you hope for, but these guys are WORSE than you can imagine. The car itself is great, but the dealer is the worst that I can image. They owed me money on a trade-in (car was worth more than the amount I was putting down on the new car), and I made the mistake of taking delivery of the new car and taking their word that they would mail me the check for the difference (several thousand dollars) in ten days. That taught me a lesson I will use every time going forward...if they owe YOU the money, wait until you have the CERTIFIED check in hand before you take delivery of the new car. Well, ten weeks later and I'm still waiting for my check. Lawsuit being filed, all because some guy thinks he will outlast me and I'll give in and not demand my money. They are mistaken. So you know, they are affiliated with Elite Nissan in Bergenfield and Infiniti of Englewood...Jeff Liebler is the contact at Infiniti of Englewood who apparently sits on the checks and will be dragged into this lawsuit. To summarize: There are lots of reputable dealers, DO NOT choose this one to deal with. You've been warned.

They do not answer the phone. They are not helpful in any way. The service center also is problematic. I would suggest you go elsewhere
Tired of the BS - MrWiggles
The service area was the only reason I had left with dealing with Nissan as a company, but I have lost all faith. Every time I go in, it's been something. From requesting a tire rotation and then only to find out when I was told my car was ready, that oh, your tires are fine. Excuse me, if I asked for them to be rotated, I want it done. I have also gone in the past for a transmission fluid change only to be told they don't do that since it's a "sealed" unit. A few months later I come in and now they are telling me I should get my transmission fluid changed. Countless times I have asked for bulbs to be replaced or windshield wipers to be changed, only to go to my car and notice they weren't done. Get it together Nissan, or you will be the next car company to be out of business.
