My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. Amazing experience!! Hands down the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. From our first step onto the lot to our drive out in our new vehicle was maybe 2 hours!! Everyone that greeted us was friendly and helpful. Our sales associate was concerned with our needs and wants and not just with making a sale. He was sure to take us back and forth between 2 vehicles we were torn between just to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be returning for our future vehicles

I have a 2008 Nissan with 196,000 miles and the transmission was giving me issues, so it was time for a new car. I knew I wanted another Nissan, as the one prior to this was a 2005 with 199,00 miles and was in an accident and totaled. I drive 136 a day round trip to work and home. She gave me no real issues at all.
So I shopped around dreading to deal with buying another car and all the slimy dealers. I saw a car on North Plainfield Nissan’s website and gave them a call for details. I spoke to Andrew the used car manager, then Sam the general manager. They told me all the details over phone and set me up an appointment to come see the car. When I got to the dealership I dealt with a gentleman named Manjit, he was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel any pressure at all from him, I highly recommend dealing with him! My last two cars were SL models, which means fully loaded with leather, sunroof, navigation everything. The Model I was looking at was a step down the SV. I took it for test drive, the seats are so comfortable, great pick up, and still had all the bells and whistle‘s without the leather, navigation or sunroof. It just came off a lease so it only had 29,000 miles and was certified. I made my decision and bought it! The process took about two hours, so we told them we would be back and went to grab lunch at Aroggas down the street. It was painless, Sam, Andrew and Manjit made it such a great experience, everybody was friendly from the minute I walked through the door. I would highly recommend North Plainfield Nissan for your next Nissan or use car vehicle. It was definitely worth the trip!

Worst experience ever. Purchased two cars in the last 18 months and will not purchase again. They held payment to Nissan for almost two months on a lease return. Would not respond to my emails, and had to spend lots of energy and stress to get them to mail the check that was due in Aug 2018 to Nissan Finance.
