We purchased a vehicle from Mt. Holly Nissan in March during the Covid pandemic. A friendly salesman named Jeff Gyarmati greeted us. He approached us without the aggressive pressure tactics you may find at some other dealerships. He simply answered our questions and brought us keys for a test drive. He left us to spend all the time we wanted evaluating the vehicle. He patiently answered every question without ever making us feel uncomfortable or burdensome. He was knowledgeable & truly wanted us to be happy with our experience. The negotiation was very professional and polite without the typical “dealer games”.
Once we purchased the vehicle, we were introduced to the finance manager, Cholly. He was also extremely personable, knowledgeable and transparent with pricing on an extended warranty. Again, zero pressure, just trustworthy and logical advice.
I waited a few months to post this review just to make sure I felt the same way about the vehicle and the experience as I did on the date of purchase. I honestly do, 100%. Even after the sale was complete, Jeff reached out to make sure we were happy with his service and the vehicle. Jeff is truly the type of salesperson that you hope for when buying a car. It is employees like Jeff that contribute to Mt. Holly Nissan’s success. I live an hour away from Mt. Holly Nissan and would happily make the trip again to purchase another vehicle from Jeff.

Don't let them wash the car!
Went in for oil change and tire rotation at 10k miles. I felt like I got suckered into a brake fluid replacement for an extra $200. I honestly don't know anything about cars, and when they said it was reccomended, I thought it was necessary for my warranty. I realized when I got home and read my manual that the manufacturer reccomends this service at 30k miles. I called and complained and Tammy did refund the service.
The other issue is the car came back in dirtier condition after the free car wash. The sides of the car were covered in spots of tire shine. I thought it was water when I left, but hours later I still can't get it off. I called and they told me to either come back or use WD-40. I don't have WD-40 in my apartment and the kitchen cleaner they suggested isn't working. I guess I have to go buy WD-40 tomorrow. Also mentioned I'm not the only person this happened to today. I guess you get what you do pay for. The roof was still dirty, I guess they just skipped that. They used to give a coupon to a local wash, I wish I had known they were doing it here, I would have just passed.
This headache is partly my fault because I am naive about cars, but I feel like I got taken advantage of. Overall a big nuisance.

Tom Hebrew and my salesman who's no longer there were great. That great experience brang me back , now recovering from a rough patch , better credit , better financial situation I was confident we would have another great experience NOT! We went online did two inquires, a rogue and a pathfinder platinum. We were given a quote for our trade and a lease payment we could afford. When we got to the dealership we saw two pathfinders, while we did our test drive they had to look at our trade-in. We came back we like it but didn't love so we wanted to see a platinum , the one we saw was sold, the sales guy said he might have another. Now holding our trade-in hostage he brang an SL model , which we didn't ask for but we entertained it. At this point, we like the car but not the color . They told us a black one was coming in but we had to run the numbers because it would be sold if we waited, such BS now we just wanted to leave. At no time did they pull our credit or ask about our finances, jobs nothing! He comes back with a lease cost of $700 a month! Online gave us a payment of 530 a month. How they came to this payment without our information blows my mind. I left very disappointed and disgusted by the treatment and because of that. I won't return. We now own a 2022 xc60 volvo T5, more expensive car, same trade-in same money down and 36 month lease for $550 a month. Don't understand?!

I bought a Altima 3 years ago and my purchase experience was excellent. Low pressure sales and great price. I would highly recommend this dealership. They also included about 3 years worth of free oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash. The wait is about 45 min to hour and fifteen which is not bad at all. Both sales and service and way better than average.

I recently purchased a new Nissan at Lynnes and it was one of the smoothest transactions I have had with a car dealer. Froncel was very accommodating and friendly. Froncel, along with the sales and finance managers provided a no nonsense approach to pricing the new vehicle and my trade. To boot, they beat the prices I was given by a couple of other dealers. I was in and out within 90 minutes. If you need a new car, it is definitely worth the trip to Lynnes!

My wife and I came to see pathfinder platinum and were treated with a high degree of disrespect. I am also astonished that the minute we mentioned we wanted a Platinum Pathfinder, they informed us that the car is for 5000 to 10000 above MSRP. Not only did they quote me that price difference, but they also informed me that they would not let us test drive the car. We were told that they were not letting customers test-drive platinum. I then asked if we could test drive an S, SV, or an SL to make sure we felt comfortable driving the car. I was informed they have the same suspensions, so I thought at least we could drive that car to make sure we like the handling. This would be the typical process before talking price but not at this dealer. The salesperson went and spoke to the sales manager, Tony, again he refused to let us even drive the car. I guess we were not wearing the proper attire to buy the pathfinder platinum or any vehicle for that matter.
What is disheartening is that they are profiling and price gouging. I have notified Nissan Customer Escalations of this act but don’t give them business. We all understand the price and demand challenges, but to quote a price that high is wrong. Not to let us test drive the car or any car for that matter is wrong, and I have to assume that we were profiled as not being able to afford the car.
This would be the third time we would look to buy a NISSAN but now question if want to provide our business to a company that would be represented by a dealer like this.

But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.
