In 2010 I purchased a car at Keyport Pine Belt, as a single woman I feared I would be taken advantage of, but the total opposite happened. My salesman was awesome. I have patronized their service department ever since. I cannot stress enough the honesty and integrity of the employees there. Over the years I have been more than satisfied with the services they have offered, and I have never felt pressured to have maintenance done which wasn’t necessary, in fact just the opposite, I have always been informed about the needs of my vehicle but it has always been my choice of the repairs. Over the past 9 years I have never encountered a problem or rude employee. They’re employees are knowledgeable and courteous and go above and beyond to assist you in every way.

Our salesperson was Chris Cirillo. He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help us navigate the car leasing process both before, during and after we leased our car. He went above and beyond with everything from hearing what we wanted in a car, the monthly payment and color.

Get this man a promotion. Ray spent 5+ hours with is trying to get us a great deal. At the end of the day, we walked away with a brand new 2019 Nissan Rogue at a comfortable price. Ray was lovely throughout the whole process and was able find us something perfect for our budget. This man skipped his lunch so he could help us. If I were to recommend this dealer to anyone I would send them straight to him. As for Giovanny, the finance manager, he was very cool as well throughout the paperwork process. I will never purchase a Nissan from Causeway Nissan because of their service department and in particular Greg Bator. I was told I needed a new battery even though it was two years old. Stupidly I agreed to this but the warranty was not honored. I called Nissan1 to complain and they turned out to be useless. The Nissan Rep claimed they did not have the authority to force a dealer to do anything. I and my family have purchased at least six nissan vehicles in the past. My experience with Acme Nissan was great. Because of my experience with Causeway Nissan I will have to travel 70 miles to Acme Nissan for service.

We spent two weeks going to different dealers. It was such a relief to finally come to Bridgewater Nissan. The quality of the used cars was superior and the price was lower. The salesman Dan Murillo was professional, not pushy and explained everything in detail. He made sure to give us the best car for our price range. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. There was no bait and switch which we experienced at other dealers.

Unfortunately I had an absolutely horrible experience and I’m so upset. I have purchased five cars from Denville Nissan (only place I’ve ever bought a care) and I can’t believe the way I was treated. I traded in my Sentra because I’ve had nothing but horrible problems with it since I bought it and I got a really nice Armada that I was super excited about. We were there for hours so after hours and hours they told us all is good and to just go. Well a couple days later I got a call that all wasn’t good and that the payments were going to be $160 MORE than we agreed upon. That’s a lot of money but stupidly I said ok. Well it didn’t end they called again and they wanted me to find a co-signer! After I’ve already been driving the car for almost two weeks. I told them absolutely not and they said ok they’d make it work. Well I got a call today from the company that I got the loan for the Sentra from and they still haven’t paid them. So now I have two derogatory marks on my credit for failure to make a payment and about 30 letters from loan companies for a loan for my Armada. My credit is literally shot. Called and callled and called all day and no response. The bank from my previous loan even called them all day and just got forwarded to a voicemail all day. I can’t express how upset I am with Denville Nissan and unfortunately will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE! These guys are total thieves’. They set me up real bad. I should have known better! They passed me around then played good guy bad guy with me. Took me for a $$$ and screwed me on my trade in. Also were not truthful on my new car. They said and reported brake work and tires and alignment to carfax. It was not done. Chipped windshield, compound all over the soft top ect...... Please beware. It’s not over yet still waiting on a second key (which I was told they had) and having a family friend (lawyer) look over my paperwork again to see what I can do.
UPDATE: I git pulled over and received three tickets. The police said the temp tags were not registered

Do NOT Trust Them With Your Money: Worst Experience - Goffle Road Guy
I've bought or leased maybe 20 cars in the past 25 years between me, my wife and my kids' cars. Not all dealers are as good as you hope for, but these guys are WORSE than you can imagine. The car itself is great, but the dealer is the worst that I can image. They owed me money on a trade-in (car was worth more than the amount I was putting down on the new car), and I made the mistake of taking delivery of the new car and taking their word that they would mail me the check for the difference (several thousand dollars) in ten days. That taught me a lesson I will use every time going forward...if they owe YOU the money, wait until you have the CERTIFIED check in hand before you take delivery of the new car. Well, ten weeks later and I'm still waiting for my check. Lawsuit being filed, all because some guy thinks he will outlast me and I'll give in and not demand my money. They are mistaken. So you know, they are affiliated with Elite Nissan in Bergenfield and Infiniti of Englewood...Jeff Liebler is the contact at Infiniti of Englewood who apparently sits on the checks and will be dragged into this lawsuit. To summarize: There are lots of reputable dealers, DO NOT choose this one to deal with. You've been warned.

I brought my 2016 Altima to be looked at for excessive cabin noise ie ..check door seals and door alignment. Well they said everything okay it is what it is..so within a few weeks I notice a musty smell which I thought was a cabin filter then upon cleaning rubber matters I see the carpet is soaked on Passenger sides of car..ugh
Called dealership and had to wait over an hour with appointment for them to tell me the sunroof track was clogged..I knew it was not because it's visually a tight seal on outside and I rarely open it. So I left and right after heavy rain car sitting in my driveway the rugs are soaks again....so here I go again...smelly musty possible mildewy car. So sad and pissed about this. Never had a problem with water getting in my car..almost 3 years

I place an inquiry on their websites about a vehicle I was interested in 2 days ago and never received a response back. Then I seen the same car on cars.com and place an additional request and receive a text message if I was ok with texting and I responded back Yes. So far to date i have not received any other communication from this dealership. I will be assuming that they have no internet department or they just don't care about customers to be dealing with them. I truly a lack of customer service from this dealership.
