From the moment we walked in we were treated with the utmost courtesy. The place was busy and we had a short wait. While we waiting anybody and everybody from the Pine Belt staff were very friendly and nice to us. We took a truck for a test drive and then sat down with Kevin Geiger. What a gentlemen! He was calm, cool,collective and quite knowledgeable. Kevin worked very hard with us to get the over price and monthly payment down to an amount that we were very comfortable. I would recommend to anybody that is looking for a vehicle to go see Kevin at Pine Belt Nissan.

I was out car shopping and made a wrong turn and ended up at DCH Nissan of Freehold. 5 Hours later I drove home in a brand new Rogue. Everyone was extremely helpful and my experience was amazing. I felt very at ease speaking with the 3 gentlemen: Christopher McCray, Sam Younes Boukhima and Mark Vicens. If you are in need of a new or used car I strongly suggest speaking with any one of them. They do not pressure you and will not close the deal until you are happy and comfortable. I highly recommend making a trip to the dealership, you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Denville Nissan for over thirty years and the service was always good but in the recent year the service has moved toward excellence. The Service Team has evidently determined that they will provide the best possible service to customers and they do. The Service manager is responsive, attentive and always present. the Service Representatives at the desk take their jobs seriously and are open to feedback. The deliver on promises, are accountable when problems occur and are honest with their words and actions. I recommend Nissan World of Denville. As the principal of a a high school, I am expected and I desire to be fully available to students, staff, parents and the community. I expect the same from the administrators that I deal with in the service industry. With Denville Nissan, I have come to expect that type of excellent service.

As pessimistic as I am, I AM STILL IN SHOCK!!!! Have never had an experience like this purchasing a new car. I called Bert the sales manager before I even went in explaining what I wanted and that I didn't have time to sit at a dealership all night long to possibly get bad news. Called me back with an AMAZING deal within the hour. Got into a BRAND NEW 2017 with an AMAZING interest rate (better than the 3.9% I currently had-- NISSAN FINANCE IS THE BESTTTTTTT) paying $15 more a month for what I was paying on a 2010 Maxima. I am still in shock how smoothly the process went and still cannot believe the deal I got. Would recommend Bert the GM, Glen the Finance MGR, Bob or Kevin-sales team to anyone...If I didn't just buy a car I would go back and get another one. This is literally the 7th car I have purchased and I am still amazed at the level of service I received.

I was very pleased with my first and only experience at Cherry Hill Nissan. I called to inquire about a particular used vehicle and Ann instantly provided specific details pertaining to the inspections and service the car had received to prep it for sale. Upon request, she sent pictures of every possible flaw so that I would not be caught off guard by anything. Cherry Hill Nissan installed new tires and brakes, and cleaned the rotor surfaces. I was very pleased to see the vehicle was exactly as advertised. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Horrible Experience, The Worst Experience Ever - Mauble
Came here looking for a Nissan Murano I walked, walked around and no one asked if I could be helped. I was looking for a 330i.
About 2 weeks later I came back, walked around and no one helped me. So I asked someone who was standing around if they knew where I could find a salesperson. He said that he was one. I asked him why, after coming here twice and looking around for up to 10 minutes, did no one seem to want to help?
He said “that’s really strange, I don’t know why.... it’s not like your brown or anything”
I immediately left, drove 30 minutes to another dealership and bought the car from them.

Just want to tell you about my horrible and dissappointing service elsewhere. My son goes to school in Ramsey. So when I was holding an important document in my hand that
had to be addressed immediately. Being a little stressed about it I accedentally dropped it and it slid uder the plastic unit under my seat. I tried everything to get it out. Being
there was a Nissan dealership in Ramsey (which I stopped going to after I found you) because their service then was terrible... I figured I'd run over there and see if they could
do something to get it out.
I walked into the service department and everyone had their head down..... So, I walked over to the desk and said, " could you please help me?" She looked up reluctantly and I told
her what had happened . It took a while and I brought the service attendant out to see what he thought. After assessing the situation he said they would have to take the entire seat out to get to it... and it would be expensive to do. So, I said "can't you try something?
Anything? He said no......Seriously, for the "ha ha's" wouldn't you try a hanger, stick, piece of metal? Something? He wasn't willing to lift a finger or find someone in the garage that
would maybe have an idea.... I promised myself the first time I went there I wouldn't go bank for any reason and now I know I won't..
My point.... I know that would never happen in your service departmemt. I'm sure you would have tried everything. I just wanted to let you all know how much more I
appreciate the amazing service I always receive at Hawthorn Nissan.
