Our first experience with Nissan was terrible, it wasn't Ramsey, we told her the story, she was upset for us. And promised to do the right thing and make it better as best she could. We recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan from Nissan of Turnersville. This is the 3rd vehicle we have leased/purchased from Nissan of Turnersville and it is all because of Pierce Herbst. Pierce has always made us feel like family whenever we come in for a new vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and is always available to answer any questions we have. Pierce even called me before we even got home from the dealership to let me know I left something in the car we turned in. Pierce let me know that he put it in his locker where nobody would touch it until I could return to pick it up. This item means a lot to me personally and I was extremely appreciative that he did a final search of my other vehicle and found it. I brought a new Altima in 2013, The sales rep wasn’t the best nor the worse, but the service department is the pits. I brought my car in for normal maintenance and was quoted enormously high prices. When I thought I needed brakes, I was told I needed Brakes and rotors immediately all around and was quoted a price that was astonishing. I said I would be back. I Shopped around for other quotes. I was told I only needed pads on the front and my rotors were good. When I went for my synthetic oil change the first time, I almost fainted when I was given the bill. I again shopped around for prices when my next oil change was due and again the price was considerably lower. I wasn’t sure about my Bluetooth at one time and went to my original sales rep and he didn’t know how to connect the Bluetooth. I would not NEVER buy another Nissan from Sansone, but will be looking to maybe buy another Nissan in a few years. I am now searching for a good dealership. I have had other problems with Sansone and their service department but they are too numerous to mention. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SANSONE IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL OR GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

This was my first time at a dealership and the experience was quite delightful. Chris Cirillo treated me like family and was able to get me a great price on my lease and on my insurance as well. He truly fought for me on the phone after waiting for over an hour to switch my insurance policy (which paid off so much). Chris explained everything in a detailed manner and was super helpful with any other questions that I had. The environment of the dealership was very friendly. I am so glad I do not have to deal with my old, raggedy car anymore! I was not there for hours like I thought I would be either, the service was excellent! This was the perfect place to get a new car as a graduation gift to myself and I will definitely will be back!!

I have been dealing with Bridgewater Nissan for 8-10 years now. I worked with Vincent in the past (before his promotion) and never a problem. for the past 4 years I have been working with Richard Molay and he is the best and most professional car salesman!!. However, this time we came for my new lease and we encountered the most arrogant sales manager, his name is Richard Bentley. He has poor customer skills, this is unacceptable for a dealership that has been top notch on customer service for so many years! Richard Bentley showed himself as an arrogant sales manager and very unprofessional. He basically let us walk out of the dealer without negotiating or acknowledging that we have great credit and many years of history with the dealership (customer appreciation was not there at all).
We are able to tell that Richard Bentley is a new sales manager and inexperienced due to his arrogance, demeanor and the way he "worked" the numbers. We just wanted his best monthly payment, we DO NOT have time to play the dealership "game" with a monthly payment and this is one of the main reasons why we always go back to Bridgewater Nissan (and wait for Richard because he knows me). Bentley's attitude just didn’t make sense, none the less being the last day of the month when it is understood that everyone needs to meet quotas. We also understand that any negotiation has to work both ways but Richard Bentley has an attitude that does not work well. I even heard him talking in Spanish to Latinos and he sounded very condescending talking to hispanic clients, I take this very seriously! Anyways, we left the dealership frustrated and ended returning only because of Richard Molay (dealing with a new car salesman/dealership is not pleasant). Bentley saw us returning and didn’t seem to care and and the least he could have done was to acknowledge us (this is a suggestion for the future). If Nissan keeps brining this type of managers their customer service will certainly decline.
I only recommend Nissan Bridgewater because of Richard Molay (sales rep) and the old timers like Holland(finance manager) and Scholp (sales director). Yes, I would return to this dealership and the reason why I rated it 1 star is because of the poor customer service shown by the sales manager Bentley. This website allow us (customers) to express our happiness or dissatisfaction, I also believe that this review will allow business and professionals to improve in their weaknesses.

I called about a particular car, and Eddie told me it was in stock, so I drive the 20 minutes to the dealership, only to find out they sold the car 4 days prior. The old bait and switch. Drove all the way there 1 1/2 hours for a $3000 less than KBB truck-great value right? no....they add on 2495 fees for "dealer prep" fees.....anyone buying a car knows this is the fee to recoop the moneys they lost on knocking down the price to get you in to the dealer-I had a check in my bag and was prepared to write it out but still they wouldn't knock that price off. I understand that there may have been some things that were done to get it "ready" like tires and brakes, but I was never shown the details on what was actually done to the car-even though I asked for it.

After hours of online price shopping and many phone calls to dealers, we stopped into Action Nissan last night just to 'look.' After some discussion, we ended up striking a deal with our salesman James and his manager Anthony - and let me say, these two make a great team. Both were very friendly and likeable and not the least bit pushy. And much to my surprise, they were able to match and even beat the best offer I had received from their competition.
This entire process took place on a Friday evening and we drove home in our new wheels. Even their finance manager, Mr. B. deserves a shout-out! He was extremely patient with us and took the time to review each and every number. I highly recommend Action Nissan and will do business there again.

No hidden fees, no last minute surprises. Acme Nissan earned my trust and made this leasing experience (never leased before) really pleasant and easy. Edon patiently explained to us all the gadgets of the new car and we drove out last night really happy and excited. I leased a 2017 Infiniti two years ago before they dropped there Infiniti /Volvo lines and it was a great experience. Now that they only sell Nissans the experience has changed to be more negative. A salesman from the dealership called me last week and stated that they want to buy out the remainder of my Infiniti lease (which was approximately another 15 months and 6,500) and get me into a new Nissan which I thought was great .. Sorry to say what I was told and what materialized prevented me from making a purchase. The salesperson that greeted me was very professional and listened to what I was told on the phone. He proceeded to show me some cars that I was interested in and we took them for test drives. When we were ready to negotiate I stated I like to stay with the present monthly lease amount 485.00 and didn't want to put too much money down. Now the previous Infiniti I leased had a sticker price of 46,000 and this new Nissan I was interested in had a sticker price of 35,000 which made me think that there should be no problem retaining my monthly payment amount . My salesperson went off to see the sales manager who was the same person I had dealings with on my prior lease and he was excellent and spent time making my deal ! Sorry to say they came back with a lease price in the 500 a month range which seemed impossible till they showed me the calculations. The lease that I was told would be bought out by them was added to the price of my new vehicle which increased the monthly payment to a obscure number. They did offer a 2000 reduction from the dealership and there was a 2000 rebate from Nissan included in this calculation. Bottom line is they misinformed me regarding the prior lease but did get me into the dealership which was probably the main intent. I even offered to purchase a used vehicle instead of a lease but they weren't interested in even making a deal probably because of the prior lease which they were suppose to pay off.A great dealership is not so great anymore and are not as interested in making a sale like in the past.Would I go back to them for future purchases, maybe but would be very cautious of what they say vs what they do and probably will shop around which I didn't do in the past.

I’ve leased 3 cars/trucks. I returned for another lease because I was out of mileage. I was told my price range was unrealistic and no real negotiable offer. Once I went to Burns Honda then a offer was given that was still higher than Burns and it did not make sense considering Nissan was supposed to forgive some payments and fees. Then I was offered the original deal I asked for a week prior after showing then I was negotiating with Burns Honda. I was told the offer was retracted because Mt Holly Nissan locked me into a Nissan Lease offer that I did not ask for because I went to Mt Holly for a certified preown truck not a lease. I was told that Nissan financial did not want to uphold Cherry Hill Nissans offer. This made me upset 1 finance company: 3leases later the dealers or financial institution took my customer loyalty as a bond. Instead 3 late payments and one unhonest dealer and another horrible negotiating dealer caused me to move on and lease through Burns Honda! If you want true customer service go to Burns! Ed Torres tried but he tired to late and Nissan financial costed him a loyal customer!
