The tech that worked on my car moved my car seat in a crazy position, left greasy fingerprints on my inside door handle! And Taylor Lyon at the service desk is hard to talk to, didn't seem to want to answer my questions.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Take your vehicle to another dealership!!

Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased another car and just bought it out. I was told that I could purchase a powertrain warranty for $295 at the time of my buyout. I wanted to discuss with someone else and asked if I could get back to him (Tony). I decided to purchase the warranty approximately 10 days later. I called Tony to see if it was still available and he checked with his boss Tommy and I was told yes they would do it. I was told to come in the next day and meet with Marie. I arrived at the dealership and sat down with Maria who proceeded to tell me that because I didn't purchase it at the time of buyout that they would have to do a 125 point inspection at my additional cost of $385. I was NEVER told that. I was told that I could make a decision after buyout date but don't wait to long. I called to check if the purchase opportunity was still available and was told it was. Then like the sneaky sly group they are, they tried to force me into an additional $385 cost. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LINCOLN OR A NEW CAR, GO ELSEWHERE!!

I purchased my Lincoln MKX from Drivers village Lincoln in 2011 and since then had my car service at that location. Just recently spending over $1000.00 on service. I’ve recommended drivers village to co-workers some who had purchased New Lincoln’s from this dealership. I’m going to retire soon and notice a used van on their web site so I made a inquiry and appointment to check the van out for myself. When I arrived the salesman and myself drove around the lot looking for the van and could not find it. I was told by both sales manager and the salesman that they would get back with me. I never heard from either of them again. I’m very disappointed that after 8 years I was treated this way. I of course will no longer do business with this company.
