I need to directly relate my on going experience with Carolina Volkswagen to Vineta Breeland. Ms. Breeland has been the consistency and partnership I needed to continue to feel confident with my purchase. Upon purchase of my used car, there was a written agreement and verbal agreement that was shared with me on things the dealership would make right to ensure the safety of my purchase. Vineta listened carefully, executed with great attention to detail and communicated continuously to maintain a connection that unfolded not just a resolution, but a successful partnership. Purchasing a “new to me” vehicle with a considerable price tag was intimidating. Leaving with less than I had dreamed after completing financial paperwork, was again intimidating. However, I couldn’t be more grateful for her commitment to making sure things not only worked out with my wild schedule, but I couldn’t also gain confidence in my purchase. The economy is tough, making heavy purchases is difficult, but people like Vineta were make for this job. Her dedication is unmatched and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter.
