I made an appointment at 1pm and did my financial statement a head of time so I was told so I could get in and out. Courtney was great and we breezed thru every detail and she took me over to finance. What a zoo that was. Had to sit and wait 2 hours and 45 min to get in to sign papers. Did not leave dealership till 4:30. That to me was ridiculous. I can't believe that a dealership of your size doesn't have better customer service. No one should have to wait that long to purchase a vehicle. Very disappointed customer.

There has been a change in staff.
Scheduled and oil change and tire rotation last week, I work 3rd. Had appointment to at 9:30, simply wanted to drop my car off and assumed there was a drop box at 6am. Shockingly I could not find one, sign on door and website said 7:30am Service.
Drove over at 7::20, no one in service. Two service employees walked past me at 7:30. One stopped and stated they open, they will be with me shortly walked off with no interaction. Mind you I just wanted to drop my car off. I waited until 7:45, (the hours clearly on the door states 7:30am). I drove off and decided that to Kia of Dayton employee in service, it's not an issue, losing one customer is not any type impact on the bottom line.
So that will be my last visit.

About 3 years ago, after going to many dealers in our search for a new car we decided to stop at Cronin Kia on a Sunday afternoon to see what they had. Rich Underwood, Business Manager, who was walking to another location stopped and asked if we had any questions or needed help. He was most helpful and within a couple of days, we had our first lease with a 2018 KIA Sportage. One of the best experiences I've had for getting a new car and that's saying a lot ! Our lease just recently expired and we received a text from Jeff Harper, Product Specialist, concerning our options. With Jeff's help (and no high pressure) we again decided on another new lease for a 2021 KIA Sportage. Again, another good experience for a new lease, getting the car and the price we wanted. Many thanks again to Jeff and Trevin Thalheimer-Finance Manager for getting us through all the paperwork - that was easy too. It was good to see Rich again and special thanks to the staff & the Service Dept.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and was willing to travel to get it and Taylor Kia popped on my radar as having the vehicle.
Low and behold, I dealt with Donny Palicki as the car sales person over the phone. I was traveling to purchase this vehicle and needed to trust someone to help me through this process and he was it. He over delivered. Not only with questions I repeatedly had but checked on other things as well. When I finally made my decision to purchase the vehicle, I made my travel plans and headed to Taylor Kia.
When I arrived, I was treated like my name was on the building. Hands down, I would recommend not only Donny Palicki but the entire staff at Taylor Kia. I have bought a lot of cars out of state, and this was by far one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. GO NOW to Taylor Kia and see Donny Palicki and you will understand and write the same thing.

Took my Kia Telluride in to get an oil change and have the which had a small air leak looked at and was getting a vibration and rumble at lower speeds. They had the car for 10 days broke my sunroof and would not repair their damage. Sent me a quote for $3600 to repair what they damaged. As for the rumble they replaced the transfer case and said it was good to go. Within 100 yards of pulling out of the lot the noise started. Nothing was different than when I took it in. As far as I know the oil change was never completed. Took it to another dealership to fix the problems. They have no quality control measures in place to take care of your car. Truly terrible experience.
