I was in to buy a used car do to my vehicle being totalled. The car dealer Forest was so easy to work with. He did not even try to talk me into something I didn't want to do which was a welcome surprise. Resulting from this I ended up buying a new car without any coercion.
The only negative was that on the test drive it was a bit awkward because Forest would not talk and when he did it was short quick responses.
The manager of vehicle repair was pretty cool and welcoming as well.

I was so pleased with the service at Preston Ford. My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn in the hunt for a new car. She was extremely patient as we made our decision and answered all of our questions with outstanding knowledge. She ran all over the lot for us to find us the right car and allowed us multiple test drives. Our family has now gotten 3 cars from Preston Ford in the past three months or so while working with Caitlyn and we couldn’t be happier. I never once felt pressured by the staff at Preston. The salesman Peyton Seay was relatively knowledgeable about my car. He was happy to work with me and was eager to accommodate me. While I was frustrated by the trade in value offered and the finance team took multiple cracks at me with interest rates starting in the high 5% range and I ended up under 4%, overall I had a good buying experience.

Greg, Rob and Mario were excellent folks to do business with. I appreciated their extra efforts working with me. I also liked the idea that Rob and Greg had the integrity to take a good deal of time working on contacting another customer that had put a deposit on a car that I was interested in but had not gotten back to them in a couple of weeks. Turns out he was indeed interested so we had to go in another direction. Felt good that they put the other customer above a bottom line sale. In my case, they helped me get a different car that fills my needs. No high pressure from anyone, patience and honesty also appreciated.

This is the second KIA that I've bought from Ricart in two years. Vanni was a friendly, knowledgeable and considerate sales consultant. She made us feel like "family" .... made sure that the car was exactly what we were looking for and that we were well taken care of. This was the second time that we've worked with Jeremy and will seek him out again. He is so genuine and we felt that we walked away with exactly the deal that we wanted... without pressure. Likewise, Jack Lee was also wonderful. He is so patient! He took time to make sure that we understood all the specifics of the contract.

Went to them in 2016 to get Suzuki TSB's done and had a speed sensor malfunctioning. Did the TSB's I guess, and they would order the sensor and call me. Waited for them to call for a couple weeks. I called them finally and they claimed they called the phone number on their order. When asked the #, they said incorrect # after I specifically told them the 1st visit what my new phone number was. Then, they had to reorder the sensor because they sent it back because they could not get in touch. Had the work done 5-6 weeks after initial visit. Fast forward to 2/18. Same sensor was found to be acting up again by an independent repair shop, because the wiring was jacked up by Dennis service tech who did the 2016 repair. GRRR--NOT PLEASED!!

I have found this dealership's sales department to be very unprofessional. I was lied to on three separate items. They wanted to rescind the deal on a 2018 Tahoe Premier that I have had for 16 days to get out of their lies. While I loved the vehicle...I will not tolerate the rude bullying behavior that I encountered. After being made to wait for three hours--My 57000.00 check and my trade were brought back....I discovered that they had damaged the front bumper of my trade vehicle. I had to call the Union police department out to write a report. There are too many dealerships out there to tolerate this unreputable one! Chevrolet customer service 1-800-220-1020 as opened a dealer complaint. I encourage others to stand up against this sort of business practice.

Visited three car dealerships looking for a specific model Rogue, with a specific feature, in a specific price range. Had a bad, ok, and good experience. This dealership was the bad one, and easily the worst.
Took my typical approach of walking straight into the lobby and looking for salesperson. This was the only dealership where I couldn't find one. No one was around, so I sat and checked my twitter feed for a bit before finally getting tired and looking around outside. When I finally found a salesperson and explained what I was looking for, we looked at one that was nearby. His first price offered was the MSRP, which surprised me as online it was listed for less and had a few discounts on it, including the 'Wyler discount'. I reminded him of those, and was able to get it down to the online price at least. Not satisfied with their offer and about to leave he did then mention they had one in a different color for less, but it had all the same features of the car we just looked at. It wasn't, and didn't have the package with the sun roof (which I didn't really want anyway) which explained the price difference. The price he offered it for was again no better than what was posted online.
I left and we exchanged some e-mails including him quoting me a price again, saying he could get me to the price I was looking for. I was excited at first, but when he broke down how he got that number he included my estimated down payment. Bringing the real price of the car back up to the MSRP, neglecting those offers I mentioned previously, and higher than advertised online again. (don't know he could forget about the 'Wyler' discount a second time). Again he apologized for overlooking those things.
My wife also visited this dealership on her own and talked to someone else (unclear who) but she left 'disgusted' and like she was talked down to because she was a female. She did not feel this way when she visited other dealerships.
If you do visit this dealership (which I don't encourage), I recommend you do your research first as you will have to remind them of various Nissan offerings available at their dealership, and check the prices they offer. Was able to get the car I wanted for a thousands less elsewhere.

After receiving letter from GM, I got an appointment right away at Jeff Wyler service dept. as they had all parts in stock for the recall repair. Since it would take a few hours, he et me up with a shuttle ride home and also back to pick up my car. Shuttle driver was pleasant and prompt, repairs were done as promised and there was no charge to me.

Being the fact that I am a Christian I can’t say what I truly need to say but my vehicle has been taken apart and not put back together properly steering wheel is vibrating and there’s a sound coming from my car that wasn’t there before and they ran a full diagnostic and the car was still in their care found more repairs needed that should have been found with the full diagnostic the first time and the manager over the service department sided with her technician without communicating we me at all so I still had to come out of my pocket twice $1644.71 the first time and $162.50 the second time and now my seat belt light is on and want go off I forgive them but I will not recommend nor return to Kia of Dayton ever the technician is very argumentative and hung the phone up on me Thank you

If you read all the negative reviews on this site you will get the true feel for this business. I took 45 minutes and wrote a very detailed review on cars.com so not gonna do it here. Short story don't believe any internet price they put out or believe anything they say on the phone. All that they are trying to do is get you in the door to apply aggressive sales tactics! Terrible business and please stay away! There are much more reputable Kia dealers in the area.

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I did my online research knew what I wanted so day before I contacted them the Jeep part of spitzer in Mansfield I spoke to a salesman he told me to call him back when I did I was told leave him a message and then he would get back with me in at least 3 hours I never heard from him again. So I went in next day told them what I wanted then they tried pushing there vehicle on me after two hrs they then told me I needed a cosigner when I said that's not what I want to do Nate the salesman told me I would have to I said I had an appointment with another dealership he then told me they would tell me the same thing folded his arms leaned back in his chair and looked at me like I was a piece of crap I told him will see. I then spent the next two hrs signing papers to my new car at the other dealership with no cosigner. I will never step foot on spitzer property and never recommend them to someone else.
