I had a bad and a good experience. The bad was I told the finance guy not to bother asking me about any add ons like GAP or anything else, he added a $6500 service contract and never asked if I wanted it. Unfortunately I found out after I received my finance papers in an email. I was furious. Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible they have an answering service from a foreign country and all I could do was leave a message that and I never got a call back. I had no choice but to go back in person to get this resolved. The good: I spoke with the GM, Steve, and he assured me I could cancel the service contract and get a refund, They sent an over night check to the bank and it would go against the principle balance of the loan. However, my payments stayed the same it would just be paid off sooner. So it okay whatever. I mentioned that the brakes sounded like they were grinding a little and could they look at them. Turns out they weren’t too bad but Steve said he will have them replaced anyways at no charge. All 4 brakes replaced at no cost. I was very happy about that. I feel very much better about this place now. So that’s the good and bad.

5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I recently had service done and they are always trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services and treat me like an idiot. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty.
