Buying a car is often a stressful endeavor, but not this time. I was met with a warm, and knowledgeable sales consultant/Cory. He listened to my needs/wants and kept looking for the right SUV. The whole process was seamless. Talking to the finance department was enlightening as he went thru what I was purchasing and even tips on credit management. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured, rushed or overwhelmed with information. Horrible service department, and it starts with the management. Well, it really starts with subpar materials. Between receiving horrible treatment and service for a damaged air conditioning condenser to their mechanic not tightening the cap to my coolant during and oil change and causing my engine to overheat....and still waiting on confirmation I will be reimbursed for the tow (I rejected the offer for free oil changes to make up the tow expense 🤣🙃) I cannot wait to be done with VanDevere and Kia. Biting the bullet, eating the negative equity, and buying a Honda. After several weeks, still waiting to hear on the refund for my tow. I've reached out a few times with no reply.

Had a pleasant afternoon with a salesman. Met with the sales manager and made a deal for my trade in and agreed upon sales price of a new Kia K5. Met with the finance manager to sign a contract. Here is where I made a mistake. I was lured into believing they were being honest and signed the contract without reading the whole contract. My mistake! OK here is what happened to me. The agreed upon trade in on the contract was approximately $2000. less than the sales manager and I agreed on. Stupid Me! If you are looking for an honest auto dealer I suggest you look else where. Shortly after this happened I went to Gainly Kia and purchased a new K4. They are an honest auto dealership. Diehl lost a customer!!

Jeff Harper is great! I am so glad we met him and decided to visit Cronin Kia! We had heard good things about him from former customers as well. We visited Cronin several times, along with other car dealers, before we made a decision. My husband had been pressuring me for two years to get a new car but I couldn't make up my mind, and then my old car died. I needed something that I liked that would last me the rest of my life and there were so many choices! I am happy that I chose my Kia. I haven't gone far, haven't even had to fill the gas tank yet. I am still figuring out all of the options, and feel confident that if I should have a problem or question, Jeff will be happy to help me figure it out, no matter how minor.
