Great value. - satisfied
Great value. Benji was very friendly and extended help beyond the sale. Was polite and patient even though we kept him two hours after close. Will buy here again.
Paul Poock is the best. - Afullblast
I had went to a different Kia dealer and they had tried to charge me more interest rate than first agreed upon. I had sent Paul an email saying I was tired of being treated badly because of my less than perfect credit. Paul and his finance department took really good care of me and made my payment 67 dollars less a month than the other Kia dealer. Mind you both dealers used the same financing company. Halleen Kia of Sandusky and Paul Poock made this deal be a reality. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Smooth first service - NISHANT K
Went for my Rios first service. Was greeted by Thomas Dick and he was kind enough to apply a $10 off coupon which I was unaware of. Thanks to him for that. No issues so far!

Cole Forshey rocks!!! - Stlrchk261520
My parents were looking for a new Kia and I contacted Cole for help. He located the exact vehicle they were looking for worked out every detail with me before they came into town. He kept in close contact every step of the way. To be honest I have never had such a great experience at any car dealership. I only wish I had found him when I purchased my Kia 4 months ago. We will refer all our business to Cole! Thank you Cole and Go Blue!!

Fast and smooth - Archers
Everyone was so helpful and kind. We bought a new car and didn’t spend the entire day at the dealership. We will continue to deal with Kia.
Awesome Service - Trace
Pleasant experience! Nothing negative to say whatsoever . Work was done timely and efficiently . Eddie was my sales rep and I dealt with Jon Sanders in service and both were extraordinarily professional Andy was easy to work with!
Great Problem Solving Skills - David G.
Service Advisor Scott Maddy of Kia of Easton was very helpful in orchestrating a very successful and timely solution to a rather unique tire/wheel/wheel lock situation by listening and understanding the issue, then quickly communicating with other Kia of Easton personnel to formulate a successful plan of action that worked out very well for all involved. I really appreciate his polite and proffesional efforts on behalf of a very sastified Kia Soul owner.
Thank you very much,
Positive Experience - HappyCustomerRZ
I’m a first time car buyer who visited many dealerships in one day and despite buying another brand I still felt obligated to let people know the positive experience I had here with car buying. Bill listened to what I wanted, found something that fit as well as offered other options. Throughout the whole process he demonstrated a high level of knowledge and care for both me and the vehicles. If I ever know of someone looking for a Kia I will be sending them Bill’s way!
Poor repair service - broncosfan8
Went to them in 2016 to get Suzuki TSB's done and had a speed sensor malfunctioning. Did the TSB's I guess, and they would order the sensor and call me. Waited for them to call for a couple weeks. I called them finally and they claimed they called the phone number on their order. When asked the #, they said incorrect # after I specifically told them the 1st visit what my new phone number was. Then, they had to reorder the sensor because they sent it back because they could not get in touch. Had the work done 5-6 weeks after initial visit. Fast forward to 2/18. Same sensor was found to be acting up again by an independent repair shop, because the wiring was jacked up by Dennis service tech who did the 2016 repair. GRRR--NOT PLEASED!!
Wool Pulled Over My Eyes - Luther H
Unfortunately, I just learned that my salesperson, Tara Barnett, pulled a Bait and Switch on me and artificially inflated my car price by $2,000. And perhaps all the sales people at Jeff Wyler Fairfield don't operate like that, but buyer beware... Through deception and double talk, Tara was able to extort an additional $2,000 from me, right under my nose.
Over the Top - Earcraft
I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and I HATE the process. This time around I had a DieselGate car that was being bought back by... well... look it up. I didn't really want a new car, but I since I had too, I wanted one that had the mileage I was used too. After several dealer visits around Springfield and Dayton I ended up at Jeff Wyler in Springfield. Thomas Thatcher came out to greet me. After a short conversation about my situation he tossed me the keys of the car I had reserched for a test drive. After, yet another, dissapointing test drive, I pulled back into into the dealership and Thomas had the car I was looking for cooled down and ready. He totally listened what I was looking for. He understood and Nailed it!
Here's the "Over the Top" part... Due to the timing of the DieselGate buyback and my Family vacation, I had a 2 day window to purchase the car so I could get my family to our reserved vacation. As luck would have it, a minor recall had just been issued for the car and the part would have to be ordered. Without asking Thomas arranged for us to take a brand new, Top of the line SUV on vacation as a loaner for the week. This was the perfect vehicle for this trip... Once again, Thomas listened and got it.
I've been a car buyer for 35 years. After not really wanting a new car, I LOVE my KIA Optima PHEV. 2 Months in... 3000 miles... 1 tank of gas! The Jeff Wyler dealership was good to work with, but you have to ask for Thomas Thatcher. This guy really knows his stuff..
Very punctual - Ginee1
Service was to take about an hour was only 30 minutes.
We were very happy with the service
Will be back soon for another service

Dee an excellent sales person. - Larry
I traded in my 2016 Kia Soul, a little earlier. Got an excellent deal.
Dee made sure I was happy with my new Soul. The finance gentleman was great also. Forgot his name, sorry. Answered all my questions. Treated me great. I would go no where else for a car.
Good experience - Bra58
Good experience, very helpful. Would recommend Donny, Got to have an extended test drive to check out the vehicle with a mechanic so we felt good about the purchase

Mike is a very helpful and funny guy, knew what he was doing! Very fun to work with, i would not buy from anyone else!
This place sucks - rachelrose52082
I was quoted a price online for a car and because of that, I decided to drive over an hour to check it out. BIG MISTAKE! They refused to even sell the car for the price they quoted me! On top of that, I asked specifically that they run my credit application with Wright-Patt because I was pre-approved. They ignored me and ran my credit with Ally Financing and quoted me a rate almost twice what I was already guaranteed. After refusing to negotiate with me while on-site, they emailed me ten minutes after I left the lot to reduce the car by $100 after jacking the price up over $654 for an oil change/filter, replacing a fog lamp, and putting a new battery in the car. I will never go to this place or any Jeff Wyler.
First time car buyer - LostSoul18
After a long visit to Ricart and being shown a 2014 DIRTY Soul, we drove to Lancaster the following monday. Kaitlyn Boyer met us at the door and walked us through the dealership with small talk getting to know us.
We told her what we were wanting to look at
Took off in 2018 Soul, Unable to get the pricing that I was wanting, we were going to back away
Chance came and helped to figure out what was missing in the deal
Told us that he had a base Soul coming off the truck and wanted to know if would like to check it out. Being a woman it was hard to keepy emotions in check( poker face). Yeah, I drove home in that along with a 2013 Malibu for the husband. The Service & Parts have been amazing.
I will be back to purchase my sons car soon.
Could not have had a better experience - Kphip
I was impressed with the whole process. Everyone I dealt with treated me well. It was a no pressure, no hassle purchase. Thanks to everyone who helped.
End of Lease - Maria
This is my third time at a Waikem dealership. I have only good things to say about the experience. Today my lease was coming to an end and bought by 2nd Kia. My salesman was Jeff Ross who I have dealt with before. He has the best customer service skills and gets the deal done with great customer care.
Crystal was amazing! - Justindecker92
I had such a great experience at Vandevere. Crystal treated me like family and made sure all of my needs were met. They exceeded my expections and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. If you’re in the market for a vehicle go see Crystal Furey, she will take care of you!!

Poor relations with customers - John K
I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorentlo AWD on May 11, 2018 from Boardman Kia.
I attempted to trade it in to this dealership about 2 weeks later. I was told vehicle depreciated $7,500. On September 19, 2018, I attempted to trade it in at Taylor Toyota in Hermitage Pa. for a new 4x4 Tacona. I was told my Sorento has now depreciated $13.000. Quite disappointed. Last time I will deal with your brand I will start a campaign on-line warning people how poorly Kia’s hold their value. Not a great way to treat a customer. Both sakes managers on Boardman and Hermitage were unreceptive and somewhat arrogant in their approach to this problem.
Wyatte is very friendly and knowledgeable. - Cornfinger
Clean dealership with a good selection of cars a competitive prices. Would visit again for my vehicle purchases.
Easy to work with and easy location.
Horrible experience all the way around - Anonymous
Alright, so here goes. Forewarning this is going to be a long post. #hatfieldkia on automall drive done pissed off the wrong person.
I purchased a used car from them about four months ago. Within having it for a couple weeks, I notice that not only have the back rotors been switched out for xxxx ones that are all grooved up but that it also had an oil leak. I take it back into the dealership explaining both of these issues to them only to have them completely and totally dismiss me. That the price of the car was adjusted to factor in the xxxx rotors and that there wasn't an oil leak, that it was just residual oil from a previous repair. Jump forward to about a week ago when all of a sudden my battery light came on with an error message. I just happened to be driving by an O'riley auto parts where I stopped to have the code pulled to determine why the light came on. They tell me that my alternator is going out and not keeping my battery charged. So obviously I call the dealership and ask to have it serviced. They say they most definitely can, but that it isn't covered under the extended warranty. Which didn't make sense to me seeming as how the alternator is an essential part of the car and I paid extra for this warranty. So I fought it, tooth and nail (xxxx near literally because these people really wanted their money) and eventually we settled on just paying my deductible. I found out in this process that my alternator went out because the oil was leaking directly onto it, which shorted it. You know, the oil leak that didn't exist...from a valve cover that was supposedly already replaced...and checked in their safety inspection. Clearly these people have no idea what they're doing... So they service it and I get of it back a few days later just to notice on my drive home at a stoplight that my car is now struggling to idle. Rpms dropping sporadically. So I immediately call them back and complain, demanding they fix whatever they had broken because it didn't have this problem until they replaced my alternator. And I swear every single xxxxing time you call this dealership they literally just pass you off onto someone else. Just 'oh, you have a problem? Well I don't feel like listening to you complain so I'm gonna put you on the phone with someone else'. That or you'll get nothing but voicemails. I finally set it up to drop my car off to them this past Monday to have them investigate the idle. They call me the following morning to tell me they've removed some piece of useless plastic covering a part of the engine and that it should be fine. Clearly that doesn't have anything to do with how the car idles so I keep insisting that they investigate it. They say they'll take a look at it on Tuesday and I never hear a word. Obviously Wednesday was a holiday, so nothing. But I call early on Thursday just to have them tell me the technician who's working on it was at lunch and they would have him give me a call back when he came back. Nothing. Not a single word from them. So I call again early this morning only to have the guy tell me they haven't even started looking at my car and that he would have to call me back. He does and says that a coil has gone bad and that it would be $300 to replace it. That it too was not covered under warranty. And at this point it's been almost two weeks without my car so I just say xxxx it, go ahead and do it because I'm not going another week without it. I complain to the manager when I go to pick it up today, explaining all of this and he chalks it all up to just having bad luck. He did take a small amount off the bill, but still...bad luck? Cuz I'm thinking bad service technicians and me having to pay the price.
Spitzer motors in Mansfield - Albert J Lake
This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I did my online research knew what I wanted so day before I contacted them the Jeep part of spitzer in Mansfield I spoke to a salesman he told me to call him back when I did I was told leave him a message and then he would get back with me in at least 3 hours I never heard from him again. So I went in next day told them what I wanted then they tried pushing there vehicle on me after two hrs they then told me I needed a cosigner when I said that's not what I want to do Nate the salesman told me I would have to I said I had an appointment with another dealership he then told me they would tell me the same thing folded his arms leaned back in his chair and looked at me like I was a piece of crap I told him will see. I then spent the next two hrs signing papers to my new car at the other dealership with no cosigner. I will never step foot on spitzer property and never recommend them to someone else.
