On June 3rd we traded in a vehicle as part of the - MelVan
On June 3rd we traded in a vehicle as part of the purchase of a new Telluride. Our salesman, Paul, took the license plate from our trade-in and put it on our new Telluride. We signed the necessary documents for Spitzer Kia to register the new Telluride and transfer the plates from the trade-in to the Telluride.
In August we received a letter from the state to renew the registration of the trade-in. This alerted us to the fact that a) the license plate on the Telluride is still registered to our trade-in, and b) the Telluride is not registered at all. This means that Spitzer had never registered the Telluride and had never transferred the plates.
At the time of our sale, Paul told us on several occasions, “the sale doesn't end today!” and we could contact him anytime if we needed help with anything regarding our new Telluride. We called Paul that same day to find out what happened with the registration and how to resolve the issue. He could not give us proper details for several days. We wanted to know if we needed to officially transfer the plates or get new plates. At one point he asked us how close we lived to the title bureau and the BMV and suggested going to both to 'see what they say'. This is ridiculous advice considering Spitzer Kia should have taken care of this already. I am sure we were not first customers to ever have this issue so it's unbelievable how we couldn't get proper information. Ultimately he told us that we need to get new plates and Spitzer Kia would mail a reimbursement for the registration that they did not do ($50) and would also mail a memorandum title so we could get the new plates.
A week passed and we did not receive anything in the mail. We called Paul and did not hear back from him (to this day we've never heard back from Paul), so we called the dealership directly and spoke with Kim who advised that nothing had been mailed to us and no checks had been drawn. At this time she assured us that she would make sure the $50 reimbursement would be drawn for us to pick up and she emailed a copy of the memorandum title to us. Since we've had this trouble, she was also was able to work out that when we register the Telluride we can bring in the receipt and be reimbursed for that as well. Through Kim, we requested a call from Freddy, the GM, so we could express our displeasure with Paul. She let us know that Freddy was not working that day, but should would let him know we're expecting a call. The next day, Freddy never called. We followed up to try and reach him but were again told that he was not working that day. Despite not hearing from him, we were satisfied with this conclusion and thankful for Kim's help.
After we registered the vehicle and got the new plates, we emailed a copy of the receipt to Kim so that we could pick up both checks at the same time. She promptly called and did not understand what this receipt was for. At this point she told us they would only reimburse $10 for a plate transfer. Again, we had been instructed by Paul that we needed to get NEW plates, so we did not do a plate transfer. Kim needed to speak with management about this and we let her know that we had yet to hear from Freddy and would still like to speak with him. He never called that day.
The next morning we called Kim again to follow up on the reimbursement and she instructed us that they would not reimburse us for the registration. We again asked to speak with Freddy and were told yet again told that he was not working that day.
To say we are extremely dissatisfied with this service is an understatement.

Dave Sabitina did a great job getting me into my new 2023 - Anonymous
Dave Sabitina did a great job getting me into my new 2023 kia sportage. He makes the process less stressful and easy. This is my 3rd car from him and I’ll keep going back to him. I went for my first oil change and had a problem and he answered his phone on his day off just to try to help me. He’s phenomenally.
Took my Kia Stinger GT2 AWD in for its first 5,000 mile - Joeshotrod
Took my Kia Stinger GT2 AWD in for its first 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on 3/30/2022.. on 4/10/2022 when cleaning my brake calipers I noticed damage on the top of my left front Brembo brake caliper, I contacted service manager Jeffery Thibodeau about the issue and all he could do is make excuses and refused to replace my caliper that cost over $1,000. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a lawsuit against Celebration Kia of Dublin for all replacement cost and labor cost.
Kayla was such a big help. - Val60
Kayla was such a big help. I’ve never bought a car on my own and I didn’t know how to go about it.she answered ever question me and my mom had . She explained everything to me. She was so nice to me. She did everything from bringing the paperwork to me , to bringing the car also.due to an accident I wasn’t able to get there to get the car. She had it washed and the tank filled. When she got here with the car she did not make us feel like she was in a rush at all. She was very patient. She answers ever txt I send her and txts me to tell me she thinks about me and my mom. I just had back surgery and that made me feel good. Her parents should be proud of the person they raised. The dealership is lucky to have her working there. I wish her the best of luck in her future. Sincerely, Valerie Wissel.

So informational, VERY patient and answers all your questions. We were so undecided. I had a trade in which is kinda of a pain but she was so patient the whole time. She's not there to just sell cars, she is there to make your day and/or your dream come true!! We both left with a new car!! If you are in the market for a new car I HIGHLY recommend Brittany Jackson!!

I ordered a K5 GT through the dealership and was - Stone Michaels
I ordered a K5 GT through the dealership and was told that since I was ordering it, there would be no ridiculous "market adjustment rate" or any other added charges. I was told that I would get the car at MSRP and even did a build sheet on Kia's website, confirming the price, before tax and title. I waited almost two months and when they called me to get it, they gave me a purchase order for over $8000 above MSRP. The purchase order looked like something someone had typed on Microsoft Word and had two different lines titled "options" each for over $3000. There was no explanation as to what these "options" were on the purchase order and the best explanation the salesman offered was "mudguards." I asked him if he meant the mudguards that were $75 on Kia's website and he just kinda shrugged. Now I've noticed they add a "Wyler Family First" package for $2495, which is just some "protectant" sprayed inside and out. This seems to be a new way the dealerships are trying to make more money without calling it a "market adjustment rate." I wasn't upset so much with the charges, other than the fact that they didn't say anything about when we ordered the car. They figure they'll wait until you get in the car and you'll like it so much that you won't even care about being scammed. This is another reason why people despise car salesman almost as much as lawyers. This Jeff Wyler brags about not requiring a deposit to order a car, but that's because they'd be bound to the original agreement. I told a salesman from a different Jeff Wyler about my experience and he said never to trust a dealership who says they're ordering you a car and will not accept a deposit securing the agreed upon price. He said that it's a ploy just to get you to wait and become impatient and you'll feel obligated and/or pressured to buy it, regardless the price. It really makes no sense other than to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. I mean, even if they order a car for you and sell it at MSRP, they will still make money from the sale because they don't pay that price for the car and then they get a rebate from the manufacturer for selling it. Think about it: would they sell you a car direct from the factory at their cost? No, MSRP is not their cost, otherwise they'd be selling you the car and doing all that work for free. Nobody's doing anything for you for free. I even called Kia and asked them about the MSRP and they said that is not what the dealers pay for the car. I won't deal with this dealership because of their misleading practices that I experienced. The salesman was friendly and new, so I don't blame him as much as the sales manager, which is whom he told me did the order. The car I ordered is listed for sale on their page now for over $5000 more than they agreed to sell it to me for.

I jave been dealing with dealership since 2012. - Very disappointed
I jave been dealing with dealership since 2012. As I always get my repairs and service done with Kia of Dayton. But this last time when I had my car service for an oil change and tire rotation something happen that I never thought it would as long as I am a loyal customers after buying 3 vehicles from them. On that day very special object was stolen from my car that meant a lot to me as my mother gave it to me and she had just passed this labor day 2022. I went back to dealership as I saw it was missing and the story goes on and on. But I will mot go back to this dealership as they are liars and thieves. I hate to do this but I have no choice because I don't want to get anything else stolen from me.
