I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.

What a pleasant surprise: a dealership that was focused on the customer to do a deal. Dakota was an extremely knowledgeable, hard working , and pleasant salesman. It took me three months to finalize this Ford Escape as I was shopping around for the best deal. They really tried to close this sale and Dakota and his sales manager , Darrell , blew the competition out of the water. They did what they had to do to close this sale.
Their commercials are true: you get a better deal out in the country.
I highly recommend this Ford car store to any customer wanting a great buying experience.

Recently I visited Kia of Alliance and was greated by a very professional individual sale associate named Kenneth Robinson. Ken was very knowledgeable, attentive, honest, up beat and friendly. The most important thing that stood out to me was his patience and time management. I didn’t feel rushed about my decisions or did I feel that I had to wait around for a long period of time. Ken made sure all my need and concerns were met along with a speedy proces. Out of any experience I have ever had in like Ken and given me the Best!! After a long visit to Ricart and being shown a 2014 DIRTY Soul, we drove to Lancaster the following monday. Kaitlyn Boyer met us at the door and walked us through the dealership with small talk getting to know us.
We told her what we were wanting to look at
Took off in 2018 Soul, Unable to get the pricing that I was wanting, we were going to back away
Chance came and helped to figure out what was missing in the deal
Told us that he had a base Soul coming off the truck and wanted to know if would like to check it out. Being a woman it was hard to keepy emotions in check( poker face). Yeah, I drove home in that along with a 2013 Malibu for the husband. The Service & Parts have been amazing.
I will be back to purchase my sons car soon.

I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorentlo AWD on May 11, 2018 from Boardman Kia.
I attempted to trade it in to this dealership about 2 weeks later. I was told vehicle depreciated $7,500. On September 19, 2018, I attempted to trade it in at Taylor Toyota in Hermitage Pa. for a new 4x4 Tacona. I was told my Sorento has now depreciated $13.000. Quite disappointed. Last time I will deal with your brand I will start a campaign on-line warning people how poorly Kia’s hold their value. Not a great way to treat a customer. Both sakes managers on Boardman and Hermitage were unreceptive and somewhat arrogant in their approach to this problem.

I brought my car in today, Saturday, November 3rd to have my oil changed and have my right front tire checked, because it was losing air. From the time i walked in the door to the time i left, everyone was very friendly. Every employee who walked into the waiting area greeted me with a smile and a hello, NICE!!!!! I was there for almost an hour, but Justin did come out to tell me that there was a piece of metal in my tire and to fix it, it was going to be almost $31, and he wanted to make sure that was alright with me, who does that? That made me so very happy!! Because I was there so long, Justin took $20 off of my bill, I was very pleased. Customer service is top notch and I just want to say thank you, for not taking advantage of a single woman who just needed a couple things done to her car, and that was all they fixed.
