I can’t say enough about Cronin Kia and their staff in Harrison Ohio. After 4 months of trying to find a new Kia Seltos, I kept coming up with nothing. The Seltos would sell right off the truck. I was told time and time again I would need to order one and wait 3 to 4 months. I finally called Alexandria McDaniel at Cronin and she promised to help us find one. With the help of Michael Monroe, a short time later she called saying she found one, the color and trim level I wanted on a truck coming to the dealership. I put down a very minimal down payment and two weeks later (sooner than I was told) I had may new Kia Seltos. No mark-up, no crazy add-ons, just the base price I was quoted. Rich Underwood made the paperwork process a breeze. He made us feel comfortable by explaining everything in clear detail, no trying to up-sell us with any crazy extras. Alexandria got us pumped up about our new purchase by explaining all the cool features on our Seltos. I did a lot of research on the Kia Seltos before ever thinking of purchasing one. The team at Cronin, (Alexandria, Michael and Rich) really made me and my wife feel comfortable with our purchase. It’s an amazing SUV with a ton of great features at a great price. Service center is horrible. I took my daughter’s Kia Soul, warranty and power train covered, in for noise last Friday. They said they would have to do a diagnostic but it should be covered provided we kept up with recalls etc, which we have. They told me Friday she needed a new engine but they had to wait on certified tech to come in to send paperwork to Kia to cover the cost. I called all week with an average wait time of 45 minutes on the phone to get no answers or call backs. When I called today, they said her oil was just low but I owe 185.00 for diagnostic. I asked why they said she needed an engine and no one can give me an answer. I could have put a quart of oil in at home. I just figured they would be professional enough to check the easy stuff first. I do not believe they even did a diagnostic. Just trying to scam me out of my money.

Attempted to purchase a Kia K5 from Jeff Wyler Kia in Batavia, Oh on 8/31/2021.
Internet price $27,475 including military discount (I’m a 15yr Service Member currently serving our nation). Price was reduced from MSRP because it had 1100 miles on it as a service loaner and some very minor imperfections.
Quoted $27,475 as the internet price, but was repeatedly sold Gap Insurance, “hard accessories,” - things added by the dealer after delivery that are not removable, extended warranty, nitrogen inflation, etc.. blah blah blah. Dishonest sales tactics at their finest.
After several rounds of, “I don’t want any of the extras; just the car for the price quoted of $27,475,” I asked what is the lowest I can take the car. I was told, “If ready to write a check for the full price today, then $32,500 and some odd change,” five thousand over the internet price. That’s the lowest! After their attempts to sell me approximately $10-12k of useless crap.
BUYER BEWARE! Choose a different dealer, because the salesman was, “doing his job,” meaning Jeff Wyler and his sales associates will steal every penny that your are willing or unwittingly giving to them.

Went for 45K Optima service. It was terrible! Was told their 45K normal service would be well over $300, plus parts, fees, etc. That was outrageous! I told the worker I ONLY want what the manual says to do. Their other worker told me they don't have time to look at anyone's manuals. I thought that was absurd and insulting to the customer. I also asked to have door hinges lubricated. It apparently wasn't done, since the hinges still looked dry afterwards. I had to go and buy grease/lube at the auto parts store, and did it myself. Finally they agreed to a price of about $95. They wanted to push this fuel induction service on me. My car runs great, I've religiously maintained it, and it only has 45K miles (1/3 of it freeway), so why would they say I needed fuel induction service? That is crazy! After they said "fuel induction service, I said I would only agree to the use of Techron addidtive. The service writer didn't even know what Techron was--even though Mentor Kia has used that before on my car during routine service. Then the other worker said the Techron has to come from the Parts Department, and they weren't sure if they could get it, and weren't sure if I could have the technician install the Techron. That, too, is crazy! I think I will go elsewhere for service(s) from now on. I would recommend motorists to stay away Mentor Kia.

Found I could not trust the service dept. My 2018 Sportage, which I purchased new, began making a popping sound when I turned the car off. As time went by it began popping when I was stopped in traffic. I took it back to Taylor Kia to have it looked at, in fact when I turned it off at the dealership, it made a huge popping sound. I left it with them and they could not find anything wrong nor did they hear the popping sound, which I found hard to believe as it did it all the time. I really expected it to burst into flames every time it made that popping noise. I received a recall on my Sportage and read up on the recall, and cars were catching on fire! When I took it to Taylor Kia in regards to the recall, I asked the attendant if that could have been why I kept hearing the popping noise, he said he didn't see how that could be possible, as it was just a fuse replacement. Low and behold it has completely stopped making that noise, so I guess he didn't know what he was talking about! Although they have always been courteous.

Customer service isn't even a thing, all they care about is selling the most cars, and their management team is what you would expect from a used car lot.
We put down a deposit on a specific vehicle with an expected arrival date of May 3rd. Long story short is that we got a phone call from them 2 days before ours was supposed to be in (Saturday, May 1st) saying someone changed their deposit on the exact car we have a deposit in for, but we had to get there "right away" in order to get it because they were calling everyone who has ever been interested, no matter if they had a deposit or not. Whoever could get there first would get the car, comical. We were out of town but would be back the next day (Sunday, May 2nd), which they responded with “they can’t hold cars”.
Now on Monday, May 3rd when our car was supposed to be in, it was now “delayed” and wouldn’t be available until May 12th BUT they told us they knew of this delay on Friday, April 30th. They sold the exact make, model, and color on Saturday, May 1st to some random person. I’m still shocked that they could care less about customer service! The management team there is the problem which I am still waiting for a call back from the 2 voicemails I left. I know they won’t call back because they could care less.
Do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by date before dealing with them. I would start there and go back a few months and read about the negative experiences. All around unprofessional; Celebration Kia has a used car lot caliber management team!

We will never do business with this or any of their dealerships again. We went up to this dealership to exclusively look at a used Certified Cadillac. Brian was nice and polite and introduced himself from the beginning. Once we started talking numbers, that's when everything changed. The price of the vehicle was stated on their website "Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Cadillac for one price. Once we sat down, they came out with the price and then tried to say for it to be certified, it was an additional $3,900 +, $899 additional for the Pulse added (only cost about $25) and then additional accessory fees. This totally sent us in a different direction. We were lied to up front on this price and by the time we were done, they had already came down to $31,000 and still said it was certified trying to get us to purchase this vehicle. When we asked about this dishonesty about the pricing, they said they had to pay for the certification. That's all well and good, but be honest with us up front.
Do your research before going and/or dealing with this dealership. Very dishonest dealership.

Obviously a new car shouldn’t have any issue and most people are happy with it and the process but when it comes to used cars any make model and year this dealership does nothing ! I finally got rid of my pile of junk I bought from here but I wish I could go back in time and elect to sue them.
