Had oil change and tire rotation on my Honda Civic as they could NOT DO the transmission flush or spark-plug change. But as I no tire pressure fault when I came to the center I was surprised on the way home with such fault. Usually checking the pressure, and adding 1 or 2 psi on one or two tires the fault USUALLY goes away. I had to raise all four tires from 28psi back up to 32psi when I got home - but the fault still lingers. This is the first time I have found all tires DEFLATED to 28 psi - WHY? At 32psi the fault usually goes away - WHY NOT THIS TIME - Why should I even get the fault??

Took the Mazda 3 to the dealer (Jake Sweeney Mazda West) for an issue that needed to be diagnosed with their fancy computer. Service advisor calls and says they found the issue, and it also needed a Throttle Body Service. Little did they know that I had just removed the TB less than 3 weeks ago and cleaned it to like new condition. I mentioned this fact, and they quickly stated they just went off the mileage of the vehicle. So basically they were just making up stuff. I suppose I shouldn't be that surprised, but I'm still disappointed. I used to think this dealership was honest. Guess that changed.

I Had Several Issues With My 2017 Honda Accord That I Purchased Brand New From This Dealership. I Had Problems With My Headlight, Collision Assist, Rear Wheel Bearing, Battery, And My Tire That Was Chewed Up From The Ball Bearing. I Contacted Apostolakis Honda And Sherri (Shop Manager) Answered The Phone. She Had A Very Negative Attitude On The Phone. We Setup An Appointment With Her. Whenever We Brought In The Vehicle She Still Maintained That Negative Attitude The Entire Visit. Anything I Would Say She Would Interrupt Me And State "That's Not The Problem" And Continue To Type Her Notes. The Issue With My Collision Assist Was Never Diagnosed As She Didn't Include Them In Her Notes. We Had To Contact Three Different Employees From This Location To See What The Extended Warranty Covered. We Talked To Someone Who Finally Ordered Us A Booklet That Goes OVer Warranty Coverage. (Didn't Recieve As Of Yet). She Fought With Us About A Honda Battery That SHould Have Been Warrantied As It Was In The Vehicle 29 Months Before It Went Bad. When The Battery Its Self States It Has A 100 Month Warranty. She Does Not Support A Positive Image For The Apostolakis Auto Group. This Woman Needs to be Coached Or Fired. Whenever I Would Come To This Location (3 Times); Two Of The Three Times She Was Stuffing Her Face With Food At The Service Center Dropoff.I Requested Several Times For Her Managers Number She Would Dismiss That Request And Keep Talking Until I Demanded Her Managers Number. I Also Requested For Hondas Corporate Number And She Referred Me To The Owners Manual. When I Stated I Would Report All Of This She Told Me "Good Luck". Sure Enough, The issues That I Stated Where Correct And Fixed At My Cost. I Will Be Contacting Honda On These Issues. I Also Won't Purchase Another Vehicle From This Autogroup.

Scheduled service appointment one week in advance, dropped the car off the night before to ensure service first thing in the morning, ( we drove 1 1/2 hour round trip ). After calling at 330 we found out they never even looked at the vehicle - we asked about a rental car and was told they only had 3 for the whole dealership and none were available. knowing how far we live they were very inconsiderate .... Tried to reschedule for the following week they still had no rental cars .... We could get a appointment in 3 weeks- what a joke I should have known better ( it took 4 phone calls over 3 hours to schedule the first appointment the operator would transfer me to a voicemail that was never returned )

The title of my review says everything about the service department at this Ford dealership. I admit I haven't been too happy about the sales department but the service department is SECOND TO NONE. I have been using this service department for approximately twenty years and I have never been disappointed. Every employee with whom I have interacted has been very courteous and respectful of me and my time. This last visit that occured in December of 2016 was no different with Mike contacting me every day letting me know the progress of the repairs. I had to have part of the power steering system replaced and it took a few days for the parts to arrive at the dealership and Mike called me each day to keep me updated. The shipping took place during the Christmas holidays and I can just imagine the number of parcels that were being delivered and I do not blame anyone for this delay. The car runs just fine again as that has always been the case after taking our vehicles to the Bob-Boyd Service Department the past twenty years. Do not hestitate to use this dealership for any of your vehicle needs.

Easy to make an appointment that was convenient for my time schedule. A little glitch when checking car in as my car was not in their system even though I had previously had my car serviced there. They fixed the system and everything else was fine. The service greeter had only worked there 2 days but was friendly and efficient and not afraid to ask co workers questions. Overall good experience.

THE APPT WAS FOR A OIL CHANGE,I WAITED IN THERE WAITING AREA FOR MY CAR.THEY WERE FINALLY DONE AT 2:30.THEY SAID THE CAR CHECKED OUT BESIDES THE TIMING BELT NEEDED REPLACED IN ANOTHER 10,000 MILES.THEY SAID THEY DID A FULL INSPECTION ON THE CAR.WHEN THE SERVICE MANAGER PULLED MY CAR OUT I NOTICED THERE WAS A BRAKE LIGHT THAT WASNT WORKING AND A HEADLIGHT NOT WORKING EITHER,MY PASSAT HAS DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS.THE SERVICE MANAGER DIDNT THINK IT WAS BIG DEAL.THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK OUT EVERYTHING ON THERE CHECK OUT SHEET WHICH WASNT DONE.THEN I GET IN THE CAR AND MY COOLANT LIGHT IS ON,WHICH THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR BEFORE ENTERING FRED VINCENT VW..THEY SAID MY TIRES WERE 7/32 TREAD AND THE REAR TIRES ARE AT 3/32..THEY NEVER CHECKED MY AIR FILTER OR GREASED THE DOORS OR ANYTHING THAT COMES WITH A $69.00 OIL CHANGE SERVICE..I TALKED WITH THE OWNER AND HE THINKS ITS NO BIG DEAL..HE SAID HE IS SORRY. WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE SAID WAS CAN I REPLACE YOUR BURNT OUT BULBS AND REPLACE YOUR HEADLIGHT AND MAKE SURE YOUR CAR WAS PROPERLY SERVICED. Stopped in to get the service records of a Miata that I own and they were spectacularly quick and efficient and polite and a pleasure to work with somebody so professional while I was there I thought I would get my Miata appraised Josh took very professional care of me he's obviously a very knowledgeable guy and if I ever buy a a new Mazda it will be from him. Very professional very KNOWLEDGEABLE!.
