They were great with scheduling when to drop it off and quick to let me know what the issue was and ordered the parts, told me when to drop it off for repair and had it fixed in a short period of time just like they said they would. I got a couple of other things that need fixed that they pointed out and will be scheduling to have it taken care of. I couldn't be happier

Would have liked to be more informed as to when my truck was completed. Was going for walk of dealership when stopped at 1 1/2 hr mark and told truck was done. It was outside parked. Not sure if it took 1/2 or an hour for the oil change and wash.

Joseph Buick Service is great, called at last minute and they were able to fit me it. I waited for my car while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was quick and everyone was very pleasant and kept me up to date. Check out was easy, even offered me cookies! Waiting room is large, clean and they have coffee and water available. Will be back
