I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Had service engine light issue. 8/12/25 was first day of service. 8/27 second day of service. 9/12 last service date, all with same result. Not fixed at cost of over $1800. Promise made on 9/26 they would check with GMC and call me with solution. As of today,10/7, no call. So sad.....
