I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Now my problem is that its already going to need new tires as there isnt much life left of the ones on it. I feel like if I am spend 9,000 that it should have had new tires or atleast better tires then what was on it.

I have been dealing with Ciocca Honda for several years. I recently traded my vehicle in for an SUV. I must say that Ciocca is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with. Justin was my sales representative and did an excellent job. I was planning on leaving with nothing after being there for a little bit but he worked hard to make sure that I didn’t waste a trip there. Used the My Buick app to order protective accessories which were easily scheduled for install during this same visit through a phone call.
