I went in to have my windshield chip fixed and had to wait for 2.5 hours for someone to come when I had made an appointment prior for a 15 minute quick fix. I wish they would’ve had me come back another time when they were better prepared since I had my child with me. A week after the windshield was patched it cracked in the same place. Very frustrating since I have had good experiences prior to this appointment.

I was on Dec. 3, 2020 for my service on my CR-V and very pleased with my service. I am always working with Sam Azar and he is very knowledgeable, trusty and professional. He always recommends services to his customers and i am very pleased with that.
The only thing i am concerned is for my rear differential service, used three quarts of fluid which i disagree because it says at the most you might need 1.5 quart but not 3 quarts. Each quart costing $13.38 so that is my concerned even Honda manufacture on line it says need 1.5 quarts. So that is only my negative but i am very pleased with my service.

excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .

I've used South Hills Toyota since 2011. Their service center has always been very good to deal with and willing to take care of whatever the problem may be. They've helped me out of a couple of issues that needed immediate attention and they manged to get me in right away and have the issue resolved in a short period of time. Regular oil changes and maintenance appointments you need to call in advance but I've not had problems getting them scheduled when needed. I've had a few recalls also and they took care of those without issues. Their employees have always been helpful and good to deal with.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance.
