We purchased our 2021 Outback from Faulkner in January largely because my brother has been a Subaru owner for many, many years. This week he drove his Subaru here from North Carolina because of a death in his family. Time was a real issue and we cannot say enough about how accommodating the service manager was in getting the car in for the immediate replacement of his battery. In this time of deep distress the kindness shown by the service department is deeply appreciated. By the way - we love our new Subaru!!

Got windshield replaced at safelight. (That is who my insurance recommends) I had been told by safelight that i could go to any dealership or inspection station and get a replacement sticker for a small fee...spangler was the last to inspect my car which inspection does not run out until september. Spangler has also done all of the services on my car. So. I go there and the man at the service desk tells me that the replacement sticker is $20 but they dont 'do' that. I need to make an appointment and get an inspection done. This is false as replacement stickers are $8 and not required to inspect as long as inspection is current. He explained it would cost $20 since the man has to place the sticker on my vehicle. Such a hastle. Inflated prices. Will never support this business again. They dont care about the individuals who have given them business.

These guys are the best. Their communication and professionalism is impeccable. Highly recommend. I had been in for a routine oil change and they advised me a recall would be coming and they would reach out as soon as they had the part. They had me in and complete before the push messages even came out on the apps, and before the mailing to have it done. They advise about future issues and follow up in a timely fashion and always have my car ready as promised. You couldn't ask for more.

We had several serious warning lights appear upon the startup of our 2016 Subaru Legacy recently, just after leaving our hotel at Plymouth Meeting, PA (we were on a trip back to our home west of Harrisburg). The first thing I did was to see where the nearest Subaru dealer was located. Fortunately, John Kennedy Subaru was very close. So, we took our car over there. We were greeted by Mr. Chuck Lynn, a service advisor. When we explained to him our problem, he told us to pull our car into the indoor "processing location". He then quickly attached a testing "tool" to our car, and then, after reading the results, he asked us if we had filled up our gas tank recently. Well, we did fill up our car in New Jersey two days previously. He said, "it looks like your gas cap was not put back on afterwards." And, sure enough, that was the problem! Chuck quickly cleared the in dash warning lights. Chuck was so professional and friendly in helping us get on our way again. I just want to thank John Kennedy Plymouth Meeting Subaru for having a great facility and staff, and in particular to thank Chuck Lynn for his professional and friendly service. And a warning...whenever you fill up with gas in New Jersey, be sure to personally check that your gas cap has been put back on properly!

May of 2019 – When we bought the car we were told free lifetime inspections. Never once did they tell us that we could have to pay. So my car needed a marker light bulb and rear brakes. They wanted over $800 even though they advertise they offer the best prices. The brake price was one thing but for the marker light they wanted $34.00. The bulb cost $0.50 at NAPA and took less than 1 minute to replace.
Just this week (2/4/2020) we are losing our radio when we put the rear defrost on. We got this rude lady from the call center who told us to just call safe lite and have them fix it. But we have a warranty that is to cover this. So I called the manager today (2/6/20) and no apology just told me this is the standard procedure.
I guess the standard procedure is to be rude to customers.

I called for an inspection and recalled repairs which was done in record time !! Connor Williams suggested that I get a 60K mile checkup. I asked if there were any coupons I could use & he said there may be one 10% off. The 60K checkup was done & the basic CHECKUP was $953.47 . I was shocked at the final bill & that no discount coupons were taken off my bill. i would recommend the service but GET A PRICE FIRST!!!

I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
