They follow up, give clear descriptions. Service is exceptional. When it was Lawrence we attempted to buy twice, each time ended up at Falkner. 2 years we visied Bergeys, and was rudely dismissed. Since ive had 4 cars serviced here, i attempted another purchase. Two days drove off in our 4th Suburu, thanks to Jordan Brooks. His patience, persistance, transparency and knowledge helped our decision. My only bit of disappointment was how much the certified coverage is less. Thank you, and also my kudos to Chris in service.

Had a really good experience here. Steve in particular was professional, straightforward, and genuinely kind. I’m usually skeptical of dealerships and car service, especially as a woman, because it can be hard to know whether you’re being given an honest recommendation or being upsold. What really stood out to me was that I also need new tires, and instead of trying to sell me a more expensive option through the dealership, the service advisor actually recommended that I buy them myself and just bring them in so I’d only be paying the dealership for installation. That would have been such an easy thing to tack extra cost onto, and I really appreciated him giving me the most cost-effective option instead. They gave us everything straight, didn’t pressure us into unnecessary services, and treated me with respect. An honest dealership is a rare breed, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again to Steve.

Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The only reasons I didnt give 5 stars is their unwillingness to move on the price, and the long sales pitch for add-ons after we said we would buy it. The price for the car was still ok.

We weren't anticipating purchasing a new car when we did, but when we went in, they made us feel welcomed and confident in our purchase. Since we were using an insurance settlement to pay the downpayment, the financing process was quite flexible and they allowed us to come in the day we got that settlement to finish the transaction - even though we brought the car home on the first day. Extremely helpful since we were out a car. Will spent nearly four hours with us as we worked through decisions and we left having a great experience and a new Subaru Outback. Grateful for those two.
