Got windshield replaced at safelight. (That is who my insurance recommends) I had been told by safelight that i could go to any dealership or inspection station and get a replacement sticker for a small fee...spangler was the last to inspect my car which inspection does not run out until september. Spangler has also done all of the services on my car. So. I go there and the man at the service desk tells me that the replacement sticker is $20 but they dont 'do' that. I need to make an appointment and get an inspection done. This is false as replacement stickers are $8 and not required to inspect as long as inspection is current. He explained it would cost $20 since the man has to place the sticker on my vehicle. Such a hastle. Inflated prices. Will never support this business again. They dont care about the individuals who have given them business.

I’m sure they are very nice to you when you buy a new car, HOWEVER, if you want to get it serviced, be prepared for a nightmare… After switching from Glanzman, for over filling my oil and deflating my tires on more than three occasions, Kennedy Subaru confirms the awful service received at Subaru authorized service centers.
Two WEEKs after I dropped my Subaru off for an Oil Change, third windshield replacement in a year, and an estimate for minor dents, I pick up my car, paying $600 for a new windshield, and there is a huge crack in the windshield.
The fact that after two weeks, me calling at least 6 times, given the run around, they lost my car for a while, they have someone drive out to come pick up their car at 8pm on a Friday and they release it to me not noticing there is a huge crack in the $600 new windshield???
The GM demanded to speak to me at 8pm on a Friday and they would not let me leave with my car until we “figured something out”. It’s been another two weeks and I have yet to receive a call nor a reimbursement for my $600 broken windshield.
DO NOT give these negligent thieves your money!!!!

A service advisor called and left a voice mail that he could tell me how to try to correct the problem instead of me having to bring the car in. I called and left a message on the direct dial phone as well as messages with several people who said that he would return my call that day. It is very difficult for me to get time off of work right now to bring the car in and I was willing to try to fix the lift gate if the service advisor explained what I should do.
