We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!

The staff at Ertle Subaru go the extra mile to satisfy their customers—no pun intended. Each department delivers outstanding service, offers competitive pricing and discounts, and adds extra touches to make their clients feel valued. There is one longstanding flaw or issue with the computer system at Ertle and most likely every Subaru dealership. If you purchase the prepaid maintenance package upon buying a vehicle, you must be vigilant about not paying for services for which you are exempt. The computer system does not automatically indicate to employees that a customer mustn’t be charged for a specific transaction. This is a problem that has existed for many years and is still to be resolved. This is an unacceptable situation that must be addressed by policymakers at Subaru America, and should not reflect negatively upon the exceptional performance of the entire staff at Ertle Subaru.

THERE WAS AN ONGOING GLITCH INTHE RADIO SYSTEM, THAT WAS CLEARLY ELECTRONIC AND OR PROGRAMMING. I HAVE HAD THE CAR IN SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE PROBLEM, WHICH I UNDERSTOOD WOULD E HARD TO IDENTIFY AND CORRECT, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT COULDN'T BE CREATED ON DEMAND. THE SERVICE STAFF KEPT RESEARCHING AND TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS, AND IT APPEARS THAT THIS LAST VISIT FINALLY RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS WHICH IS THE LONGEST I'VE GONE WOTHUT THE PROBLEM RE-OCCURING.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. Barely a month after driving it off the lot, I started experiencing numerous problems. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now, with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end.
