Have been shopping for a new bronco for wife and have visited multiple dealerships in the charleston area. Stopped by berkeley Ford and was greeted by a gentle who turned out to be the owner. GREAT GUY!!! Told him what I was looking for and he got me with a gentleman name Kareem. The guy was as nice as he could be. Didn't rush or try to sell me anything. Answered all my questions and never tried to "rush a sell". Was giving a price right to start with lower then the other huge ford dealership in town. All said and done $2600 cheaper. Sales manager was very great. I him where I want my loan through and didnt try to sell me on anyone else. Was in and out of finance in 15 minutes. Miss Ashley was all sum.Didnt try to sell my a bunch of stuff I didnt want. She showed me the maintenance packages and gave me a great deal on one. One of the easiest purchases I have ever made. GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on - gdauksch

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.

I recently had to have my brand new 2025 F 150 worked on not happy with the situation. Then when I took the truck in everyone was fantastic. I was greeted by the service advisor and told what to expect. I was told I could wait, or they would get me transportation home. I choose to wait. Then both the service manager and even the owner checked in for a follow up to make sure I was being taken care of. When I bought the truck, they said that they would provide service. Today they proved it. Thanks to all.

Sales person was good to work with but it was a terrible after-sale experience. Almost eighty days and I still don't have title and plates on my purchased vehicle. Yet the dealer won't respond. Now driving illegally because of incompetence and neglect on the part of FordSpartanburg. DMV tells me the dealer doesn't provide proper docs. My calls are not returned, I've not been told the truth, and a letter to the General Manager goes unanswered. Unprofessional and unacceptable. A nightmare: It has wasted my time, energy, and emotion.

I PURCHASED a 2021 ford ranger tremor from Beach Ford in February 2022 and my whole experience is beyond perfect WHY? Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less

First visit to find and repair a bad bearing in the drive train didn't go exactly as planned. I used the service survey to express my concern. A few days later the service manager called and took charge of getting my 1999 F150 diagnosed and repaired. Between the service tech, the mechanic and the service manager, service continued to ben5 star. GOOD JOB Guys!
