During that time I have purchased 8 new or pre-owned cars and I've always used Mazda dealer services for the Mazdas (One was a pre-owned Porsche). The service department has always top-notch, affordable, efficient and explained each and every service item. The newly remodeled dealership is great. There is simply no need to go anywhere else.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the dealership. The place is lovely and inviting. Nice open space to wait in the showroom. The sales desks feel spacious and open and helps to feel relaxed when talking about buying a car. Greg our salesman was great from the start. We had a certain payment that we could afford and he made sure it happened! We enjoyed talking with him and his easy relaxed personality was enjoyable on our test drive. I highly recommend Greg!!

I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

Got my oil changed n they hopefully made my warranty right... they should have changed my oil when I first bought it but I left the lot within a 1000 miles of a oil change.. I was pissed. But hopefully they done me right like they said.. but I do love my new ride ..

I had a very disappointing experience at Mazda Central. The receptionists and even the manager were rude, and the way they treated me as a single woman was completely disrespectful. They acted as if I didn’t understand what was going on and showed no professionalism or courtesy. It’s upsetting to be treated that way when you’re just trying to get honest service. I do not recommend this location, especially for women who expect to be treated with respect

Everyone that I had an interaction with was 100% professional. Honestly, I've never had a better experience while buying a vehicle. The vehicle that I purchased had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The folks at CarMax took care of everything. They even ordered a lug nut key for me that was missing from the Honda. I'm admittedly a picky buyer, and the crew at CarMax West El Paso went above and beyond. Completely a pleasant experience.
