My service advisor, Tyler, was excellent—he addressed all my concerns, kept me updated quickly, and provided a clear timeline for completion. Everything was covered under my CPO warranty, and I was able to reserve a rental car, which made the process even easier. My car was ready in just 3 days. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Very happy with the service and repairs!

He pulled the car up for me to look over, and was able to answer most of my initial questions, and those he did not know, he was quick to find answers. The F&I office was also relatively quick and easy to work with; no extra sales tactics like other dealerships we had contacted. Overall, a much better experience than I anticipated, we will definitely keep this dealership in mind when we need to search again.
