He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured, which made the whole process a lot more comfortable. Ricky really knows his stuff—he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward he was throughout the entire experience. He pulled the car up for me to look over, and was able to answer most of my initial questions, and those he did not know, he was quick to find answers. The F&I office was also relatively quick and easy to work with; no extra sales tactics like other dealerships we had contacted. Overall, a much better experience than I anticipated, we will definitely keep this dealership in mind when we need to search again.
