I recently picked up a CPO 2024 QX80 Sensory from Austin Infiniti and had a great experience working with James on the sales team. James was professional and kept the process moving - communication was clear, the follow-up was consistent, and we reached a fair deal without the typical runaround. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. I also had a brief interaction with the service department that was quick and seamless. They expertly diagnosed and replaced the failing component including a video summary. My only critique is the "pre-installed" dealer adds. While the team was willing to negotiate on them, making them mandatory by default adds unnecessary friction to the transaction. These would be better presented as options rather than being baked into the price upfront. That said, the overall professionalism from James and the rest of the staff makes this a dealership I’d recommend.

I drove 170 miles to Brinson Ford to look at a used F150. This was entirely due to my conversation with Dylan prior to the trip. He was professional, patient, and answered all my questions (which were quite a few). He also took pictures and videos of the truck and sent them to me. That's when I decided to drive to Brinson Ford. When I arrived to see the truck it was ready for me to check out and drive. I decided to purchase the truck, which was immaculate. The entire process of purchasing my truck from Brinson Ford was great!

I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

Purchased a 2017 Cayenne S direct thru Anthony. - rob u

Purchased a 2017 Cayenne S direct thru Anthony. Went over the car with Anthony and Robert thru many emails and phone calls, did paperwork and then I sent a wire transfer and had the car picked up. At delivery to me I noted all 4 tires were wore to the base rubber no tread on the outer 3 inches on all the tires. I left Anthony a message of the issue. Right front had cords showing thru the edge. Robert had assured me during the sales process the tore were all at 50 percent. On the way to the tire shop for a quote, I noticed the engine temps running at 225, normal for this model is 200 on the gauge. This is our 7th Cayenne, I knew exactly that it was the radiator flaps actuator not opening, a actuator motor goes bad, $1000 to fix. Talked to Anthony the next day, he called me back, and we ended up agreeing he would send me $1000 check for the 2 issues. 2 weeks later no check, I call Anthony it must be lost in the mail he said give it time. Another week I call back he says I'll send you a Zelle for the $1000, a week goes by nothing. I call him and he says payment must have been lost with other Zelle payments. Another week and no payment. He won't return my calls at this point 6 weeks later. Not a man of his word.
