Overall, I am satisfied. When u picked up my new car in June 2025, one of the climate control knobs was damaged. I was told by Robert that it be ordered. Six months later I kept getting told that the part had been ordered, but had not come in. It was not until I reached out to Robin and within two weeks she had the part in hand and had scheduled an appointment for it to be installed.
When the knob was installed, the technician made two significant cuts in the dashboard. Robert took photographs of it and said he would be in touch about repair. I don’t feel too confident about that.
