Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

Overall, I am satisfied. When u picked up my new car in June 2025, one of the climate control knobs was damaged. I was told by Robert that it be ordered. Six months later I kept getting told that the part had been ordered, but had not come in. It was not until I reached out to Robin and within two weeks she had the part in hand and had scheduled an appointment for it to be installed. When the knob was installed, the technician made two significant cuts in the dashboard. Robert took photographs of it and said he would be in touch about repair. I don’t feel too confident about that.

It took a very long time to resolve replacing the rear bumper. Dave was helpful with taking care of the issues I identified with my 2025 Explorer. I was disappointed that a brand new car that had just arrived had the issues that required being replaced. Also, the body shop was extremely helpful and kept me informed until the issue was resolved.
