Fred was terrific, he answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. I was extremely pleased at the ease of doing business with Parks Lincoln. The salesman, John, was very courteous and accommodating, as well as the manager, Gael. I was expecting to play hardball when negotiating fees and price. However, I was most surprised when I saw that they didn't include any junk fees or hidden costs. In addition, I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours--that's the quickest I've ever been able to purchase a car! I will be checking their inventory first the next time I need to buy a car.

Probably one of the best buying experiences of all because of Scott Mccarty. The other major service was with the finance department. All paperwork and transfers were done completely within an hour.

They also found some chips in my windshield, contact at my insurance for me and got an appointment for someone to come out and replace the windshield. I appreciate them calling the insurance company for me and handling it.

There were a lot of nice cars and trucks in the lot Every time I have been here before I thought the lot was boring but today nicer cars and trucks Did not have an appointment for oil change thinking it would be a couple hours wait but not sure but it was less than a hour Things seemed different? i kidding ask the service writer did you get a new manager and was told yes Keep up what you are doing much better than it was Thank you

Brought my vehicle in due to a cold start rattle. They said it needed cam phaser repair. After repair was completed, same rattling noise still happens upon cold starts. Now they tell me the noise I'm hearing is normal for my vehicle. Weird how it wasn't normal when they diagnosed it the first time.

Reached out 5 times to buy out my lease that I originally got from them, I got no response.. I had to extend my lease a month past expiration. I only got a response when we did a 3 way call with Ford financial. I bought out my lease on Nov 17 th and now have left 4 messages to get an update on where my title is. Crickets. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sure there will be no response to this review which is consistent with there responses from my prior inquiries.

Today I drove 3.5 hours (from Ocala to Sebring) to potentially purchase a used 2023 Ford E-Transit from this dealership in Sebring. The listing on their website was FG61927A. I called prior to leaving Ocala to make sure that the vehicle was available and was told that it was on the lot and abvailable for a test drive. I again asked if it was viewable today and was told "yes" by Amber B. their internet sales specialist. I arrived and met with Francklyn who is a salesman at the Chevrolet dealership. He checked on the vehicle and found that it was being driven by someone. He wasn't sure if it was that dealership, another Alan Jay deaslership or a potential customer. He apologized and told me that he would call me when the E-Transit returned to the lot. He never called me back! I am starting to wonder if the vehicle had been previously sold and not removed from Alan Jay's website and Auto Trader. I also thought that maybe the vehicle was more of a "bait and switch" and was not actually for sale. The price listed (and confirmed with Amver) was $27,995.00 - a deal almost too good to be true! With the return trip I spent 7 hours travelling back and forth. I am quite upset with this dealership's trading practices. I think that once they realized that the vehicle was in fact not available for sale they made up the story about it's whereabouts. Pretty crappy way to conduct business - or should I say a shady way to conduct business.
