Let’s face it. Buying a new or used car is stressful and it can be a draining experience. Over the years, I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles and have had many of the same negative shared experiences. Alas! Coconut Creek Subaru has since changed my negative opinion of the car buying process… forever! Well, at least this time anyhow. The lease was up and I needed a new ride. So, I went online to browse the Subaru inventory in Coconut Creek. There, I found the website along with the details and photographs of each vehicle easy to find and navigate. After conducting an extensive search, I found what I was looking for and briefly reached out with my inquiry to the dealership. Soon thereafter, (within minutes) I was contacted by Sales Consultant Connor Bleakly from the Subaru dealership in Coconut Creek. Connor was very professional, courteous, informative and eagerly listened to what I had to say with a list of my expectations. Well? He delivered! After going over many models and various trim lines, Connor scheduled an appointment to meet, (sacrificing his own schedule - sorry girlfriend), to accommodate mine. When we finally met, Connor was prepared and ready to go. He even had the a/c turned on to cool down the vehicle I sought. Even after taking multiple test drives, in multiple vehicles, Connor had the best demeanor and patience. He gladly walked me through every process and explained them as we went along. Connor not only sold me a car, he sold me an unforgettable, positive experience with Coconut Creek Subaru. Never, I have I ever been treated so well by a car dealer, (thank you Subaru Coconut Creek), for allowing Conner to be my sales representative. To Connor, thank you for being the first sales guy to have met and exceeded my goals and needs! More dealership sales people should learn from you. I also need to extend my sincere gratitude to Sales Manager Ian Zwick for not putting me through that long back and forth haggle process and allowing me to obtain the terms to my liking. In closing, due to the outstanding sales and services I received from Coconut Creek Subaru with my recent purchase, they have reinstated my confidence in the car buying process. Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much.

Dear Steven and team, Went in one day to just look at the vehicles you had on the lot with no expectation of buying. Steven greeted us on the lot and offered his services. When we said we were just looking, he wasn’t pushy and let us browse. We came into the showroom asking to see some vehicles which he then showed us. We then came back to the showroom, looked at numbers and he worked with us instead of against us the whole time. If anyone is looking for a new or used car, this is definitely the place to buy from. A family owned business that is true to its values and customer relations!

Recently had my Outback Wilderness in for its major 60k service interval. Sean (Service Advisor) met me at my car when I arrived for my appointment, explained the services to be performed and informed me approximately how long it would take to complete. I decided to wait at the dealership. Sean kept me informed along the way with the progress of service. Mike (Master Tech) worked on my car as he had done in the past. Mike is excellent at his job as he was able to complete the service ahead of the estimate Sean had provided me upon my arrival. Thank you, Sean and Mike for taking care of Outback.
