We were very satisfied when we told them our price range and what we were looking for. THERE ARE NO BRANDED TITLES OR JUNK ON THE LOT AT SOUTHERN OREGON SUBARU!! We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

They have been actively avoiding my calls and even after escalating things to corporate they are avoiding them as well. Dont buy here!

I had my eyes on the 250 series Land Cruiser for the last 2 1/2 years, and after seeing that Beaverton Toyota had a 1958 Land Cruiser for sale at a competitive price, I reached out to Trey Putnam, a great sales person that I had worked with in the past. He responded right away to set up an appointment an hour later. As usual, Trey was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt relaxed through the whole process, so I didn’t feel pressured into a decision I didn’t want to make. After the test drive I was sold, however, I didn’t think I would be able to get to a payment that worked for me, on account of the vehicle trade I was trying to make. Trey worked with the sales manager, who did some incredible number crunching, and got me to a payment that was far below my expectations. Within a few hours, I was driving off in my brand new Land Cruiser. I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota. The team there is top-notch and the facility is second to none.

I’ve purchased or leased at least a dozen vehicles from BMW of Portland and — Yes, it’s always 5 stars for me. New or used, buy or lease, I always go BMW at BMW of Portland. I love the dealership and for me, I go straight to Dave Krafsig, he has the knowledge and the integrity I look for in a sales rep. Usually one might say it doesn’t matter, they’re all the same but not when you’re talking about a car that will cost between $50-75 grand. It does matter and Dave cares, he really does, new or pre-owned (a term that means a lot when you’re talking BMW — which means certified in my book!! They get superb pre-owned vehicles there and I’ve bought them for my family (kids etc.) and one for an employee of my firm. All have been winners. I’ll always go back. Ask for Dave, you won’t regret it.

Steve Huffman got the commission but at best he was mediocre. Did not do his follow ups I was asking for nor returning my calls. After saying, after I asked, he mentioned interest rates as low as 0% or 2.9% which was wrong! And, while I eventually just decided to purchase the regular Navigator, what I was asking for (Reserve L) was bit the vehicle I was told. Do not know if that could be hung on Steve but Thomas caught it. Will tried explaining the interest rate situation but this calamity was ultimately the result of a lack of diligence on Steve's part. In the end I can say I was not a delighted customer. Thomas did his fully capable best job which alleviated my feelings somewhat but this was not smooth at all!

Great service department would take my vehicle for that but I will never buy a vehicle from them again. The truck wouldn’t start after the first 274 miles. Service was great but couldn’t duplicate the problem so nothing was done. The next six times that I returned it still no answer. 33 days in the shop with no fix now Stellantis states tha it does not qualify for the Lemmon law probably will never go to a place with the service writer Stellantis again

Earlier I wrote a review on the poor service I got. Ted, the General Sales Manager gave me a call and wanted to hear my side of the story as he had already talked to Dillion. I explained what happened and he said he would take care of me and make it right. Wow! I felt he went out of his way to fix the problem. He had the lights reinstalled properly, got me a very nice rental Hylander to use while the repairs were being made and he filled my gas tank up. This is what customer service SHOULD look like.
