When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.

While on vacation from Indiana my F250 had the engine light come on due to random misfires. The next morning I took it to Darling’s Ford. Initially Shaun wasn’t sure that they could even look at it until a day or two. I called all of the rental car agencies in the area but none of them had any cars available. Shaun pulled a mechanic and had him run a diagnostic which confirmed misfires on two cylinders. Shaun went ahead and had the work performed while I hung out. I realize that service is usually scheduled weeks in advance so it was greatly appreciated that you were able to take care of me with same day service which kept our vacation on track. Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.
