My experience with Coach during the process of purchasing a used vehicle was amazing. He was very genuine and understanding to my needs and not once that I feel like I was being snowballed during the process. His honesty was above all my expectations. I would and will recommend coach to all my friends and family when they are in need of a vehicle.

Josh Kovalik, who helped us buy a car while we were still - donnamariefreitas

Josh Kovalik, who helped us buy a car while we were still overseas, so it was ready for us when we arrived to move in to our new house in the US (which is not an easy thing) could not have been more amazing. He took videos for us of the cars we were interested, helped us understand all the differences, and was good-natured about the time difference and our million different calls and questions. He could not have been more wonderful, and a million times better than any other Chevy dealership we spoke to across New York and CT, and every other car dealership for that matter. Such a positive experience all around. We are so grateful. Everyone at Ingersoll was helpful, responsive, and so patient.

I needed a tire for my corvette recently. - Robert A

I needed a tire for my corvette recently. I wound up replacing all 4 tires . I want to say both the service I received from Angela in the service dept and Mike the tech who did the work was second to none. Even the service manager Mary took time out of her day to both speak with me and help me . The service I received from everyone at this dealership was nothing short of stellar and that is rare nowadays. I also want everyone to understand after owning 5 corvettes and having them serviced, the tech Mike should be the only one touching your car . These people are friendly, helpful, and honest and this is the Chevrolet service department. You should be bringing your car.To

This is our third Silverado from this dealership and this was the easiest transaction. We noticed the improvements in all areas, Trade value, finance etc. We came in just to see what our options were and walked out a few hours later with our "26 Silverado RST. No Pressure. Jay Gomez was great. And Brian got us into a new insurance carrier with greater coverage for $180 less per month. Bonus!

Leaving the dealership and driving the car home showed a - escinto

Leaving the dealership and driving the car home showed a significant improvement in the ride and handling of the vehicle compared to my previous visit about a couple of months ago. So I appreciate the attention to detail the mechanic whom worked on my car performed. Additionally the wiper issue was resolved to my satisfaction. However I was disappointed how long it took to resolve the issue with the new wipers that were replaced in Dec. 2025 and soon after you could hear a screeching sound loud enough to be very annoying. It took about 3 or so return visits to finally replace what was obviously a defective wiper. The brake job concerned me only because I was in two months prior to replace the rear brakes with no mention of any issues with the front brakes and as I drove only about 2,000 miles the brakes became progressively worse as reported in my service visit. I know things can wear on a car but it’s a very low mileage vehicle that is hardly driven and when it is I’m the responsible driver. Never hard on the car. I know how important the GM survey I’ll receive is to your business and I don’t want to hold individuals responsible when your dealership up to this point has been outstanding in all ways not just with service. Ellie Snows follow up from Crabtree has been very disappointing and having me consider other options for servicing my vehicles and recommending your dealership. Sincerely, Ernest Scinto

I went there to buy a car today. - Johnreynolds515

I went there to buy a car today. The salesman was inattentive and rude and disrespectful to my wife. The business manager got us keys to test drive. When we came back he was nowhere to be found. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to help us. Very unprofessional.
