Even before purchasing a car here, I wanted to post a review based on the pre-sales experience I've had with this dealership, particularly Karen B., their BDC Sales consultant and my first point of contact. Karen was transparent, affable and thoughtful. After dealing with bots, both AI generated and apparently human approximations who were mechanical in their responses, she was refreshingly human and genuinely helpful. I am not yet certain where I will buy a car so I can't speak to the post-sales experience (the only reason I omitted one star). But first impressions matter and this one was so positive, I felt compelled to share it.

They have a large inventory! After viewing their inventory online I went to their business with 6 cars and suv's to look at, The crew was great! Especially Eddie Colon my sales person. Eddie was very personable, fair and as far as I am concerned went out of his way to help me days after driving the car home. Its a busy yard. Just find a to park and go in like you belong. Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC. I have always found the sales and service group to be of the highest caliber. I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I can't give enough praise to the service group which is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership, they all are extremely pleasant, listen intently and work extremely hard to keep me as a happy customer. My car was stolen during a huge snowstorm. I didn’t know what to do. My brain was going in a million different directions. All I knew is I needed a new car and I didn’t know where to go. I called the dealership about a specific car I saw online and Josh was on the other end of the call. He calmed me down and told me that he’d let me know if they were gonna be there tomorrow because more snow is on the way early in the morning. I got a call from him saying he’d be there and I met him there and he put me at ease and took the time to show me all of the cars I wanted to see and answer all the questions I had. That’s when we found my dream car and he was able to walk me through that whole process. It was honestly the best car buying experience I’ve had and I’ve been around for a little while;) when I pulled up to pick up my new car, it had a big red bow on it and looked so pretty it really put a smile on my face and a happy ending to a not so great time . I want to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, professional salesman and a really nice guy! I wish him nothing but the best and want him to know how grateful I am for that experience. I will be recommending him to everyone and will look forward to working with him again as soon as we need.
