We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.

I found my Ioniq 5 on CarGurus and called Mo early in the morning. He walked me through the vehicle in detail. He was never pushy, and I never felt like anything was being hidden from me. I live in Florida and bought the car from their location in Georgia, so Mo recommended a third-party inspection company to look at the car for me. Because it's an EV, the inspector had to come back a second day after their test equipment had trouble with one of the electric checks. Mo and his team were very accommodating about it. When I flagged a few items on the inspection report, they worked with me right away to address them. The finance team made it easy. I read through the contract, caught a minor address error, and had corrected documents within 15 minutes. They also arranged transport from Georgia to Florida, and that went just as smoothly. They checked in to see if I had any questions, and their customer service was great the whole way through. I'd definitely recommend Gas Charged Motors, and I especially recommend Mo. He's a straightforward, honest guy to deal with.
