After having my car serviced, my car developed an antifreeze leak. I immediately brought it into the service department. Ron and Jessica were quick to immediately help me out in giving me a loaner car so that they can look into it right away, out of concern for my safety. I’m happy to say that they were able to fix it and I was able to get my car back in the following day. I haven’t had any issues since then. I called to schedule my first service appointment for my 2025 Silverado I purchased at Pulte Chevrolet. Scheduling was very easy via a phone call. I arrived on day of service and was greeted very politely by several employees. Nolan checked me in for service. He was very professional and courteous. I walked to a nearby restaurant and ate lunch while the vehicle was in service. Shortly after arriving back at the dealership, Nolan found me in the showroom talking to my salesman. He left the paperwork with me and directed me to the nearby service desk where I signed the necessary paperwork and picked up my keys. There was no cost to me for the first service since it is covered by General Motors with the purchase of the vehicle. The service was completed in about 45 minutes. Very happy with the experience.

This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

We just purchased a new Nissan Murano Platinum. We were very pleased with our salesperson, Lulu. She was new at the dealership but went out of her way to assist us, getting answers when needed. Even though we had had a Murano 2018 and were familiar with the car, she and Chasyn were great, spending a good amount of time with us to help us learn how to operate all the technology on the new model. Adrian, a sales manager, assured us, also, that they would accommodate us on anything we would need. All in all, buying this car was a great experience!
