Due to our current life situation, we came in with some tight parameters for a vehicle, even knowing there was also a possibility that he wouldn't be able to help us. He did a great job working with us and the dealership to get us into something that was close to our parameters. Throughout our time there, we also chatted with a few other employees, and all were very nice. The honesty & transparency the dealership offered was greatly appreciated. Coming in from out of town on a vacation trip with a nail in our tire, we were welcomed with open arms. With no appointment, they took the car, put on a new tire, gave us breakfast and charged a very reasonable price. Then they washed the car and vacuumed the inside. I don’t know when I’ve been so nicely treated. Maybe we’ll move to Omaha!!!

Nick and the team are great! The environment when you walk in is great. They are friendly and even when they find out you’re working with another sales rep, they still make sure you feel welcome. They obviously have a fun culture as they like to give each other a hard time. Like close teams do. The purchase was smooth and they were honest. Not pushy on anything. Allowed me to take my time (months) to decide and never rushed me.

He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!...
