I actually checked on a 2018 Sportage online with Roxanna. Unfortunately today when I was able to get there Roxanna wasn't working but Shjonna was able to help me & I did purchase the Sportage. Shjonna was very friendly & I found out she's a cat lover. I have dealt with Ewald for years & I previously had a 2009 Chebrolet Cobalt which I traded in today for the Sportage. I had a service appointment for my car 11:15 I arrived there is 11 am and he only told me the staff has to wait from 2:30 hours to 3 I told him they have to warn before I am more than 45 min and he only said After I take the day at my work to be able to take my car they come out with those things it's not fair they have a terrible service
