I purchased a used Telluride from Krystle. She was great, very knowledgeable and personable, made the car buying experience a pleasure. She’s the reason for the 5 stars. There was a small scratch on the tailgate that they repaired for me prior to delivery. I appreciated that. The only thing I wish they would have done differently was replace all 4 tires during the reconditioning. To their credit, the two that they replaced were good Michelins. I almost walked away from the deal when I thought the two cheap tires on the rear were the replacements. I was wrong and they did have good tread left but now I have mismatched tires. Some people probably don’t care, but I do and I’ll pay to replace them. Overall, good experience, friendly staff, clean dealership and great communication from Krystle. I would recommend Tasca Chevrolet.

Bill was very very helpful helping find the car I was looking for. He explained all the different model, which helped me find the car of my choice. He explained everything in full detail about the car I selected. Once the purchase was done, Bill sat in the car with me and went over every singe option. Bill is defiantly a credit to his profession. If I ever decide to buy another car I will defiantly ask for Bill. I will let all my friends and family know how wonderful I was treated by Bill and the other members of the staff.
