Providing Oreo cookies to help celebrate my purchase was just one of the many ways he individualized the experience. He spent an hour in the passenger seat patiently tutoring me on the usage of the control panel and screen. He followed up to see how I was doing with the car after a week or so.

I placed my deposit on a 2026 Toyota Corolla in mid July. Robert followed up consistently and kept me updated on the vehicle’s arrival. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and always easy to deal with. Finance Manager Eleno Aldaz was also a pleasure to work with. The finance process was straightforward and comfortable, with no high-pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciated. I also had the opportunity to meet Sales Manager Phil Cash. He was very pleasant and welcoming. His professionalism added to an already great experience. From beginning to end, the entire team made my purchase a positive and stress-free experience. I recently brought in my 1997 Toyota Tacoma Xtra cab four wheel drive for some routine maintenance as I’ve been doing for the last 29 years. Jorge was my service advisor and I told him I wanted an oil change and new coolant in the radiator. Well as what happens sometimes with a seasoned vehicle it needed some additional work. I’m glad the service technician found these things because some of them were safety issues. Jorge took the time to go over each item. I appreciated his customer service and the way he explained the issues in a way an average person could understand. Camelback Toyota is lucky to have Jorge on its team. As usual Camelback Toyota did not disappoint and that’s why I keep coming back. When I leave this dealership I know my truck will be road ready and safe to drive.

POOR SERVICE - Trucker

The service department is a joke . I had my engine light come on after changing the battery and getting a oil change at someone other then Toyota . They told me because I didn't use Toyota motor oil thats why the light came on. So I had them change the oil to Toyota oil. They turned off the light and charged me to do that also. The light came back on before I even got home. I took it back and told them about the oil thing and they looked at me like I was nuts,. I showed them the work order that show that. Then they said we will have to take you motor apart . I said you guys don't know what your doing and you not touching it again. Took it to ford and traded it in . Don't go to Tim's Toyota if you want good service.
