Everything was good with the salesperson and dealership but not with my purchase. I bought a 2025 Chevy trax with 11 miles on it. Within 2 weeks of purchase and only 700 miles on it my check engine light came on. Faulty fuel line. Service had my car for 2 days without giving me a loaner. They fixed it but I feel like I bought a lemon because it was brand new and already having issues

We've bought our last two cars at Paradise Chevrolet with the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was a stressful experience which was made much better by the help we received from Mike Paralta and Mallory Mayer at Paradise Chevrolet. When something did go a bit wrong - the color we agreed on wasn't there and they had a different color instead - they added in something for my trouble. The only negative is that, even pre-negotiating all terms, we were still there for over 3 hours and the financing piece took a very long time.

The service is always delivered as promised. I also have had a very positive buying experience. The only problem I have had is when a friend sold their car to this dealership, I did not see the same care as when one is buying. They need a different buyer of used cars.
