I have been a customer at this dealership since 2003. The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. I now have to make a 2nd appointment to complete the work. Over the years, including this time, I have called the service department after several hours asking if the work on my vehicle was completed. I often get the response that the work had just been completed. It seems like 7 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive, especially after having made an appointment. Thanks.

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.
