Everything was good with the salesperson and dealership but not with my purchase. I bought a 2025 Chevy trax with 11 miles on it. Within 2 weeks of purchase and only 700 miles on it my check engine light came on. Faulty fuel line. Service had my car for 2 days without giving me a loaner. They fixed it but I feel like I bought a lemon because it was brand new and already having issues

I received updates via text message which works great due to the fact that I’m on the go and unable to pick up phone calls. But during more extensive conversation, I would get a call. There are times when things are out of 110s however the updates let me know that everything is being taken care of and not placed on the back end. Tyler was excellent and suggested the services I needed in addition to my oil change. Tyler also arranged for me to be dropped off and picked up when my car was ready. Tyler is 100 percent skilled in customer service and communication. He is a credit to the company.
