Overall, I had a positive experience with Aaron Automotive Group. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m., but I arrived about two hours early because I was unsure how long traffic from Los Angeles to Corona would take. The staff was very understanding and let me know the vehicle was still going through its final inspection and minor adjustments. Rather than wait, we started the paperwork, and later they suggested I go to lunch while they finished preparing the car. The staff stayed in communication and let me know when the vehicle was almost ready. The only part that could have been smoother was the final payment process. I was given three slightly different amounts, which resulted in having to void two checks. I also received a call afterward saying I might need to return for a smog check, but it turned out the smog check had already been completed. These were minor communication issues and did not change my overall experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and patient throughout the process. I’m happy with the vehicle and appreciate their help in getting everything completed.
