Fernando was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My car broke down and I called to make sure I can have it towed to the dealership since it was close to closing time. He stayed until I got there and was able to assist me. He even has a loaner car ready to go for me if I needed one. His communication was thorough and updated me throughout the repair.
