Danny and John are great! I had an issue with my rear differential from a previous shop and they were so helpful in assisting me to determine the contributing factors to my differential problem. Danny was super helpful and communicative as the service advisor and John was very knowledgeable and helpful as the technician mechanic. I drive a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited 5.7 Hemi with the 3.92 Axle (Standard) Ratio, and I'll definitely be bringing my truck back to them for any future issues. Thank you!!!

After my whole experience from 9/24/25 drop off until 10/13/25 of multiple repairs and service for my vehicle. At first I was frustrated and very disappointed but after speaking with Joshua Dave’s and Shannon Hicks general manager I can honestly say I am satisfied on how multiple service advisors came to understand my concerns and help turn the whole experience around and were able to pick up others that let down and lack of customer service. Shannon Hicks was amazing at allowing me to be heard and my concerns with compassion to how I was feeling he assured me that he will make sure everything will get taken of before I gave birth. Thank you Kody. As well as thank you Hannah for not giving up on my experience and making sure second time around you made sure you communication, repair and everything was taken care of correctly this time around. I will continue to take my vehicle. Happy holidays I appreciate your team especially as a new mother.

Had a great experience purchasing my new Ram 1500. I will say I almost went somewhere else though. My father was trying to pay for the truck and you would not accept his check or debit card. We were told to go to the bank and get a cashiers check but the bank would not do it without his name on it as the remitter. Luckily we have banked with Wells Fargo for over 50 years and they worked it around where we could get it done. A silly policy that you have that most other dealership’s do not, almost cost you the sell. We have been Dodge fans for a lot of years and that really put a sour taste in our mouths. I know he will never be back to Elk Grove Dodge. All over a silly policy that others don’t have.

He even went the extra mile to make sure I got a loaner vehicle from Subaru next door walking me over personally and getting me in touch with able capable people willing to help me and make me feel like a valued customer.
