About two years ago, there was a problem with some cells in the Volt's battery. There was a fairly long delay in receiving whatever they needed to fix the battery, but they kept me posted as to the progress. I very much appreciate their concern for keeping me informed.

Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service. In addition, she has extraordinary communication skills. Eric, the sales Manager went out of his way to solve a small problem for me. I was fortunate to meet Sean, the managing partner. He went above and beyond to talk about the culture he is maintaining at the dealership. He is a real believer in the old motto that the customer is king. Although the dealership is a bit of a drive from our home, my wife and are committed to take care our service at South Coast Lexus. We made a lot of friends there in no time.

He had me drive several different models before I decided on the GV80. I’ve had the car for three months and the more I drive it the more I love it.
