From my salesperson, Chris Ward, to my phone call to solicit help (William), to the young man who assisted me with my issues (Ali), each one treated me as if I was their only customer. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, patience, knowledge, and performance. I can now happily enjoy all the features on my ES 350. I recommend them highly; I will be a customer for life. I bought a CX-9 from Cardunake Way Mazda 4 years ago. I was going between CX-9, which by the way I was turning in a perfectly running 2007 but I wanted some of new bells and whistles. I was trying to decide between another Mazda or another dealer. After listening to what Mazda wanted to offer, I explained the other dealer was giving me free maintenance for 3 year also offering me $2,000 more for trade in and $10,000 less which brought them down below other dealer. Taylor was an awesome salesperson, sales manager was great Siempre Fi. I have had more car to the dealer as often as needed. They offer me a ride home every time but I usually stay. Between 1-1/2 hrs out comes my car serviced and washed. They also always have coffee, bottle water and snacks available for customers. If I ever buy another car it will be from them. Thank you

Just had my 2021 AT4 in the service department for an unexpected check engine light. Went through a spectrum of test so it took a week. My service manager Kyle Duke went above and beyond my expectations during this process, daily updates even multiple updates in the end also even got my bill reduced to nothing on things not covered by my warranty. Extremely grateful, have always received exceptional service here but this one was by far the best. Thank you Kyle and the team at AV GMC for getting me back on the road.
