On May 21, my mother and I met with Stephen at South Bay BMW to discuss leasing options for me, as I had just given up the Jeep I had for four years. Just had my 2021 AT4 in the service department for an unexpected check engine light. Went through a spectrum of test so it took a week. My service manager Kyle Duke went above and beyond my expectations during this process, daily updates even multiple updates in the end also even got my bill reduced to nothing on things not covered by my warranty. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork.
