As always*, getting my car serviced here was a 100%-positive experience. All the staff are friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Erick Cea, as always, handled everything in a way that made me feel valued, and taken care of, as a customer. The whole place is clean and inviting. In addition to vending machines, the kitchen also offers complimentary coffee and tea; and popcorn. Two Apple desktop workstations, each on a clean desk, with a comfy chair in front. And sometimes it's nice to sit in the comfy armchair placed next to each of the desks. And, possibly most important, a clean and pleasant-smelling bathroom. * I've been a customer of Allen Gwynn's service team for over a decade.

It was somewhat mixed. I scheduled for shocks and brakes. Correct shocks were not available. Rear brakes were done after mechanic said front brakes were in good shape (appreciated that). Brought vehicle back the next day but wrong bolt stripped new shock threads. You kept it overnight and finished one front and two rear shocks the next day. I wasn't happy with the difficulty connecting by phone with someone that could give me a status update on Saturday after the vehicle was not nearly ready at the projected time. James was good and Sahud was helpful after I finally connected with him by phone.

He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he was very honest and open about everything. The buying process was very and we never felt like he was trying to get by on us.
