When I committed they knew I was driving there and back and had everything there ready to sign. I am currently looking for a car - not sure what model, make, lease, purchase, etc. I came into Genesis Galpin with some hesitation, not only because I was undecided but because I am a woman alone. I was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful Eric who not only put me at ease, but was so knowledgeable about every car that I felt comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure. Eric showed me not only the Genesis but other models on the Galpin lot. The entire experience was pleasant and I at least have decided this is where I will purchase a car. I especially appreciate his honesty. My original appointment included a transmission service (100,000 plus mile vehicle) when I was booking it in advance through the call center. Two day later, Bryce emailed me to advise that he had reviewed all the records on that particular vehicle and a complete transmission service was already performed almost 2 years ago. He could have easily charged me for a transmission service that I did not need; what a genuinely honest person". Have a great day!!
