Blew a tire, had car towed here by Audi on a Sunday. Never got a call Monday morning . Had to call them, they couldn't find the car. Then they tell me they didn't have the tire in stock, it could be delivered the next morning. Charged me $100 more for the same tire than next closest advertised price, but the car was already at Audi. Audi promises $30 Lyft credit to dealership after a tow, but since I was towed on Sunday and my car wasn't ready until Tuesday, the link expired. Audi NM offered an Uber ride, but only if I was w/in 11 miles. After confirming how far away I was, tell me he can't order the Uber for me. This would indicate that I am on my way. When I get there, I ask if the car was charged, he tells me it's being charged right now. The Audi app keeps a record of when the car is charged. The cat was never charged. I tell him to bring it around. Before it comes around, they ask me if I want the car washed. They said the car was washed Monday morning, but now after a day and a half, it might be a little dirty again, do they want me to wash it. When I ask why it wasn't washed, another person tells me it was being charged. The car was not charged. When it gets in the car, the A/C is on full blast. And also, the car is now riding terribly and I will have to take it somewhere else to be looked at. Would strongly advise against using this service department.
