I recently purchased a GX550 from Lexus of WC and had a great experience! Mike helped us with an initial test drive of the demo GX, provided a ton of information and answered our questions on narrowing down what we want, how to reserve an upcoming allocation, and what to expect once we placed a deposit. It was ~4-5 weeks from the time we placed a deposit to the delivery of the vehicle, Mike checked in frequently with updates which was appreciated. The car ended up arriving on 12/31 (aka an already very busy day for dealerships!). When we arrived that evening to look over the car and finalize the financing, Mike's colleague Franceoa assisted us. Franceoa was also excellent! Our financing rep, I believe his name was Daniel, was also very kind and patient with my 100 questions. Overall, every one we interacted with a WC Lexus was amazing - super friendly, personable, responsive, and stellar at what they do. We happily spent a couple hours of our new years eve with this crew and are extremely pleased with the level of service they provided AND our beautiful new GX. Thank you Mike, Franceoa, Daniel and everyone at Lexus WC who made it happen behind the scenes!!!

Lexus of Tampa Bay was amazing from the start. We called and spoke to Jared about a 2025 Lexus IS500 F Sport Performance Ultimate Edition that was currently in the build process. Jared was able to quickly reserve the vehicle with ease. Vehicle was delivered within a week of calling even though Lexus had anticipated 3-4 weeks out. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jared promptly greeted us and we immediately went on a test drive. During the test drive he explained every detail of the vehicle and answered all questions we had. He was very transparent about the vehicle and the entire process which was very appreciated from a buyers perspective. As soon as we finished, Jared immediately had our trade valued and all documents completed very quickly. He then introduced us to Craig in finance. Craig did a great job explaining all documents and answering all questions seamlessly. Jared's communication and work ethic is amongst the best we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing during a vehicle purchase. Everyone at Lexus was warm and inviting, very personable.
