Very laid back environment with the sales team at Hayes. Our salesman Ryan wasn’t one of those typical pushy sales people you get at other dealerships. We initially went to look at a used 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit with 20k miles that we saw on the Carfax site. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2025 Limited 4x4 that was drastically marked down since the 2026 models were already on the lot. Every rock chip, scuff and ding will be ours. I’m glad we made the 100 mile drive to their dealership. If the time comes to get another vehicle, Hayes will be on our short list of places to go.

We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.

They had a used vehicle on their website site for a couple weeks. Test drove it and loved it; however we had to wait a couple days to pick it up. Within 24 hours of picking it up we had to bring it back… but they did get things right!
