Keith was very friendly and came in early to meet me after my initial contact by phone. He had the selected truck ready for a test drive. I really wanted a different trim. They found it had it shipped. Everything was great, no high pressure they wanted to earn my business. Keith in sales, Sales manager Joe, and Jonathan in finance were great to work with.

I have purchased two vehicles from Scott Evans, the first was returned under Georgia Lemon Law. This whole process was handled with ease due to the staff at Scott Evans. Denver the service manager no words can describe how talented and great this individual is. Tony the parts manager is also great. Taylor the service advisor is stupendous-he is always helpful, cheerful and friendly. On numerous occasions I have called needing service, he always works me in. When I go into he service department I am greeted by my first name. Taylor keeps me fully informed and advised on the status and work progress on my vehicle. By the way, my vehicle is a 2014 RAM 1500. The service department from Denver down the line to Taylor and the line mechanic are to be commended, THEY CARE about you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My issue is specifically with the Service Department, particularly the Service Manager and my service advisor, Jonathan. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited suddenly stopped blowing cold air, so I took it to Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep for diagnosis. I was told that my vehicle contained "fraudulent" refrigerant and that I would have to pay out of pocket for a complete A/C system replacement. We purchased an extended warranty that should cover this repair, but the Service Manager stated the warranty would not apply because he believed we caused the problem. My husband and I repeatedly explained that neither of us had ever added refrigerant to the vehicle or done anything to the A/C system. Instead of listening, the Service Manager accused us of buying refrigerant from a parts store and putting it in the vehicle ourselves. He said, "You all bought some refrigerant out of a parts store and put it in this truck, and now you want us to look at it." I respectfully asked if they could run the test again in case there had been user error or an issue with the equipment. He refused. He insisted there was no possibility of a mistake because the refrigerant testing device cost $10,000, and he continued to blame us for the failure. Since I knew those accusations were false, I took the vehicle to Akins Ford in Winder, Georgia, where I originally purchased it new. Seven days later, they performed the same refrigerant test using the same type of equipment. They found no fraudulent refrigerant in the system. Their staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned about helping us resolve the issue. Being falsely accused of causing damage to my own vehicle and then having my warranty effectively denied based on an incorrect diagnosis was frustrating and unacceptable. The difference in professionalism between these two dealerships was night and day. Because of this experience, I will never recommend Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep for vehicle purchases or service.

I know the first place i look when buying cars out of state is the reviews. So i want to say that i bought a 22 Nissan maxima in GA , from AR. Luis was my sales person he was so very helpful. He kept me up to date about everything and gave the best customer service. My car was delivered, they were also great and kind and gave 100% customer service. We have had the car about 2 weeks and haven’t had any problems! Our daughter loves it. Luis checked in on us after we received the car.

Would not recommend working with these people from service to sales, terrible experience. They are money hungry vultures that have no regard for the people they are working with. They care about making a sale and getting paid. Literally the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I work in a customer service oriented industry myself and I have more compassion and sense to make sure my customers are fully aware and taken care of even if that means additional work to include making a simple phone call or a verbal check when in person. Phone calls aren’t even something they know how to answer because again they don’t actually care about the customer so it makes sense that they wouldn’t bother to give someone a call. An 88% recommendation rate seems like an exaggerated lie to me because there’s no way people can think the people that work here are actually helpful. Thorsten Naperkowski had little to no regard for anything I had to say and instead continued to try to downplay. He barely was able to find the information related to my vehicle yet he’s a manager. If you can, go anywhere else but here.
