From the first email I received from my sales guy Chet Poplonski through to the "paperwork part" with Marta, the experience was enjoyable and hassle-free. I did my research, knew what I wanted and sent out requests. Chet was one of many to respond, but he was also the first and in his email gave me a link with all the info I needed to make an informed buying decision. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and he sat down to talk with me about my request. He immediately went to work finding some cars for me to test drive and even dug them out himself before the porters could make a move. He patiently allowed me to test drive three models, even though 2 were virtually the same (sedan vs. hatchback) and then we came back to the dealership to crunch the numbers. Most people hate the finance part, but Chet made it painless. I knew what I wanted and he worked with me to get it. It was quick, no back and forth and voila, I landed with a deal I liked.
The paperwork process is always long, but Marta explained everything thoroughly, which made the process a lot more tolerable.
I walked away from the deal and the dealership like I got a great car at a great price with phenomenal customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Chet. He knows this business like no other, is a people person who doesn't waste your time, gives it to you straight and really works to make sure you're satisfied. A1 experience. This is my first Mazda buying experience, but it will definitely not be my last.

After contacting the dealership from Sioux City Iowa, 442 miles away, I was impressed from the first contact. Being so far away and not being able to see the truck personally, I asked for better and more detailed pictures, done! Nest I asked several other questions concerning the truck, answered in a timely manner. They even picked me and the wife up from the airport in Chicago, and drove us to the dealership, so see the vehicle. Every bit of this experience was delightful and very well done by Kent and the whole staff at Anderson's. I wouldn't hesitate to fly back there and do business with them again, and the wife is hoping for the same thing to happen.

I was calling around to every local dealership looking for a 17' Miata RF. The color I wanted was nowhere to be found. Was told at other dealers I'd have to wait till summer. Contacted Eric Cotto at this store and he simply said "give me 1 day and I will see what I can do". Well not only did he GET me the car other dealers said was impossible but he did everything in an honest way never once lied or promised me anything he couldn't deliver. Job well done! My 3 yr "lease" ended in May, with having great service with my previous Mazda car "leasing" program-so was a "no-brainier" of returning for a new Lease of a 2018 Mazda, working with Jeremy-who I called 2 wks prior to returning my car, telling me options for a new car, plus, informing me-Dave Thomas had taken over his "sales" job, having been "promoted to "business Manager"!! I visited the dealership, meeting Dave, I already knew the vehicle I wanted-just like the "one" I had to return, he showed me "what" I wanted-no pressure from him, trying to sell me 'something else", being so kind-courteous to me- Got the 'deal" all done-I returned one week later to pick up my new car, he was with me every step of the "way", including a "test" drive with me-before I left the dealership. Before working with Jeremy Roe I had only ever bought used cars from private sellers. I was very nervous to walking into the dealership only ever knowing the car salesman stereotype, but Jeremy along with his teammates Melissa and Skylar very quickly put me at ease. Listening to my needs, wants and budget, and showing me vehicles that met those needs. There was no pushing or rushing. They answered all of my questions and helped guide me to a car I now absolutely love!! They really made this experience an amazing one.

Here is the listing of complaints I have with my buying experience with Pugi. To start, it took them 4.5 hours, to complete the full transancation. Partly due to the Sales Manager, Cody Bakr not inputting any of the agreed upon sales information into the computer system.
Next, they had no idea upon the agreed upon purchase price. I had to calculate and show them the agreed amount. Once done and agreed with staff, the paperwork went to finance, it was still wrong. I am currently calling every day to get a response, as I noticed it after the fact. They have not called me back or made any attempt to correct.
Also, my trade in value was not matched as promised by Cody Bakr, who verbally told me they would as long as I showed the documentation from another dealership.
Then, the salesmen noticed a half a tank of gas was missing and the navigational chip was not yet installed during a walk through of the vehicle. The salesman promised before we left these would be done. As we left the dealership, I noticed both of these were not done.
The Pugi team has made no attempt to call/email me about these issues, specifically what is owed back to my due to their incorrect sales price of the vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone who deals with this team to strongly consider another dealership at this point.

I scheduled an appointment. At the time I scheduled the appointment with the service advisor Justin K. I mentioned that I would like to have a "Master" Mazda tech go for a short ride, before leaving the car, to help me understand the issue I was hearing. I called the morning of the appointment, and spoke to Justin W. another service advisor, to conform that the technician would be available. He told me yes. So when I arrived, at 3:00 pm, for my 3:15 pm appointment I was checked in. When ERIC the "Master" technician spoke with me he told me he was not going for a test ride. I asked why and he replied" I have another appointment after you and I am picking up my child at 4". I told him that I scheduled this appointment specifically for a test ride to help me understand what I was hearing. ERIC REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT, AND TOLD ME JUST LEAVE THE CAR. I took my car and left. I will never return.

Hi, I bought 2015 Mazda Mazda3 from this dealer. Sticker price was $ 20,300 and I ended up paying $ 20,500. they even included $ 1250/- as rebate and don't know how the price raised to $ 21,550 by the time of billing. Worst dealer. Mark ( finance Manager) was fired and the dealer were not able to keep up their manger's promise. Sales person ( Silas Berger) was a new joinee and he does not have enough experience in dealing issues. It took 65 days for getting me a title and that too duplicate just because of their Finance Manager;s error ( Mark)

This is a Toyota Dealer. I have been a customer there for 13 years. They offer average wholesale for a trade in on a car they sold to me new and then serviced for several years exclusively. They cast a bad light on their own dealership and customer loyaty. What they are telling me is that even though I have been a loyal customer my car they sold to me and serviced is not worth much on a trade in. I think they have lost a very good customer except for the Service Department which is exceptional. To trade a car with them is not a good experience.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews however I feel the need to share my recent visit. First of all, my sales rep was Mitch. He made the point to let us know we was fairly new as a car salesman. You would never know. He was very knowledgeable explaining all the features on the Mazda CX five He took the time to explain all the features, especially to my wife. We had visited a different dealership in Schaumburg, and I must say, there was no comparison We also met the manager, I believe his name was Bill. He was very professional, polite, and actually made us feel welcome they actually matched the price we got from the other dealership, and had the car in stock. I can honestly say, this was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle
