Ethan is fantastic to work with. He took us on when he knew we were just browsing our options, and completely exceeded our expectations. He allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles, and understand the make and models we might like. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that day! No pressure sales, they put it all out there for you to make your own educated decisions, and help you along the way!!! Thank you Ethan!!!

Keri was extremely helpful through the entire car buying process. No questions were left unanswered. She was able to find the exact color and package we wanted within a day or two. There was never a phone tag game happening, which was amazing! Everything was lined up and ready to go at signing. In and out within an hour and a half! Very pleasant experience!

If there was a option for negative stars Napleton Mazda deserves -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Bought a used car there drove it 3 days… on the second day the gas tank straps broke and the gas tank dropped on I-88! So i fixed that… then the 3rd day it would not start! Brought it back to them only for them to tell me they cannot fix it because they cant figure out the problem! Also said they do not have wire diagrams for it!! You would think a professional mechanic would be able to Obtain wire diagrams! Lazy ??? Or just don’t care about their customers. So if you want to buy a very expensive paper weight this is the place to go!!

First rate service and considerate of our time! Both Mike Spilotro and Jamal Berry worked hard to meet our needs and our budget, and were generous in the valuation of our trade! I will suggest Napleton’s, Jamal and Mike, to all of my friends and family, in the market for a car! Sincere thanks! E. Woods

I was charged for a plate transfer, and title fee and they collected the money but never paid for them. I went to renew my plates and they were still registered under my old car. Luckily I was never pulled over or the car and plates would not have matched. I had to pay an additional fee out of pocket to get me title transferred since they collected the money and never paid for either. Almost 500 paid to them originally and an additional 160 paid later to the state by me out of pocket. I have called and sent emails with no reply and there has to be someone who cares this dealership is collecting money for the state and not paying it, instead pocketing it! This would all be fine if they would respond and give me back the money I paid them for something they never did and I have to pay for a second time on my own.

Horrible customer service at the dealer and the service is even worse. They control the market in Chicago since there aren’t many other Mazda options around the area therefore they don’t care how they treat their customers or the service they provide. I’ve been to other Mazda dealers in other states and they’re much better. If you can opt for a diff Mazda dealer I’d recommend doing so.

This dealership should have a 10 ++++ rating. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring SUV. I want to thank Howard Tuttle for all his great patience with me trying out to many SUVs. Howard, also deserves a 5-Star Rating. He is a very intelligent & knowledgeable salesman with good humor & a nice smile. Sorry I took so long Howard in making my decision. I fell in love all over again, only this time it was an SUV. And the added (Plus) is that I now have a good trusting friend, whom I can rely on to help me learn more about my new Mazda CX-5. I do better with hands on learning. I’m an old fashion gal. I will always highly recommend Howard’s excellent salesmanship at Sierra Motor Mall when anyone is looking for a new vehicle. Howard Tuttle is a very dedicated salesman, your very lucky to have him on your staff. Please tell Howard “Thank You” for his all his great help in showing me how the Mazda CX-5 safety features work out on I-80. It has eased my mind letting me know how safe I truly am in this wonderful vehicle. Now I know why Mazda has such a high #1 rating.
I also, want to tell Bob Healy “Thank You” for honoring his words to me on the extra items I purchased for my Mazda CX-5 . He’s terrific and a great Business Manager.
Please stay safe everyone & have a nice day.

I took my vehicle here to be serviced for a recall which went fine. Also had them do spark plugs. They charged $180 per hour for labor. Which I could’ve had the same job done down the street for $120. I figured them being a Mercedes dealer I would pay the $180 for quality work which is the exact opposite of what was actually done to my vehicle. They left the rubber weather stripping for the hood laying on my engine. They did not snap the computer and wiring harnesses back together either. Basically just left parts of my engine compartment laying on top of my engine cover. I will never be returning to this dealership for service. Would not even trust them tightening a lug nut on my wheel after this experience.

Absolutely terrible dealership. Purchased a brand new... - Mik Lagrimas
Absolutely terrible dealership. Purchased a brand new 2021 Mazda 3 and after signing the papers I was given a scratched up car. Told the salesman he said they’ll get it fixed. I had to call them for weeks and I was told “call back tomorrow” every time so I called Mazda Corporate and the dealership finally ordered the part only 1 issue out for 3 issues. The other scratched up parts thrown under the rug. So I kept fighting for the other scratches to be fixed and nothing happened, all I got was a disrespectful service manager that told me it wasn’t their fault and they will not do anything to fix it. By the way Mazda Corporate has it all documented with pictures but some how in his head its not the dealerships fault. As a first time new car buyer I expect perfection and not scratches, terrible customer service, and a bad attitude service manager.
If you want a brand new car and have it scratched up come to Napleton Schaumburg Mazda.
Seriously DO NOT BUY HERE they don’t care about their customers. All they care about is themselves and their money.
Only positive thing of the place is the salesman Christian Gillespie. Great guy and kept me comfortable. He wasn’t pushy or anything negative.
I really wish that Dealer Rater allowed the ability to... - Cardude
I really wish that Dealer Rater allowed the ability to give a zero-star rating. Napleton's Palatine Mazda would barely qualify for that rating based on my experience.
I had a very unfavorable experience at Napleton's Palatine Mazda located in Palatine, Illinois. Avoid this dealership and salesperson, Frank Gomez at all costs!
I called in to schedule a test drive for a certified pre owned vehicle, and was told that I'd be assigned a salesperson when I arrived. I was met by Frank Gomez who initially grabbed the wrong set of keys for the car. No big deal, right? The process of getting my license copied, insurance confirmed and locating the car took about 30 minutes. During this time Frank asked me on three occasions what my name was, despite us going over this detail when he initially greeted me. He also asked multiple times if would be trading in anything, which I had also answered twice for him as well. I thought about writing these details on a card to hand to him for reference, but just felt bad for the guy. Maybe he has early onset dementia or Alzheimer’s. At this point I was just ready to take the test drive. From my past experiences with other dealerships, I've been in the car and driving in just 5-10 minutes, not the case at this dealer.
Frank then proceeded to tell me that because this is a Mazda certified pre owned vehicle that they are charging an additional $1,500 over the advertised price of the vehicle. Before I even stepped foot into the car for my test drive, Napleton's was playing dirty games with the pricing. I told him to work on getting that removed while I was out on my test drive. When I arrived back, I had to continue to press to get the vehicle pricing back down to what was shown on their website. Not ideal at all, and very annoying to start the negotiating process $1,500 higher than anticipated. During negotiations, Frank and used car sales manager, Carlos Lara wanted more than the car was worth so I left.
Unfortunately it doesn’t end there. During my phone conversations with Frank he often promised that he would call me back when I requested information. He did not, and instead went radio-silent on me despite my additional attempts to follow up.
Avoid this dealership, and especially salesperson, Frank Gomez. Napelton likes to play games.

Rotating tires - part of clear coat came off. No help. - Lee
After contacting Service several times including pictures and telling me that they would call me back, they didn't. Also, there was oil on the manifold after changing oil.
No Communication! - JEENA
My tire pressure light came on this morning, so I called service to see if they can take a look at my car and if needed to put air in my tire. I went to the dealership service area and the guy "sure, we can take a look at it". I waited for a while, which was perfectly fine. After a while, I see my car pulled up and I noticed that they washed my car. I go to meet the person bringing my car and he says "your car is ready and good to go". I say, "well what happened to my car? who gave permission to wash my car? what was the tire issue, and what was done to fix it?". He said, "oh someone should have spoken to you about it." I said, "no, no one did". At this point, I inspected my car, specifically the hood of my car (which I will explain later). I saw some immediate fine scratches. I was pissed. So I went to talk to the person who originally took my car. I asked "what was done to the tire of my car, how did the problem get resolved and who gave the permission to wash my car?" He didn't have any idea what was done to my tire, so he had to go ask. They told me that, my rear passenger side had a nail and they plugged it for me. I said okay fine. But who washed my car? He said we did, it was complimentary. I said, I never asked for a car wash. I brought the car in for a simple check up of my tires and for someone to tell me what is going on and to consult with me on what I needed done or how to proceed.
I then began to explain to him, why I was very upset about the car wash. I have only gone to Napelton Mazda dealerships since I bought my car in September 2017. I only went to Arlington Heights Napelton Mazda for oil change services and noticed that I had several scratches on my black vehicle that was even on both sides of my car, which could only be explained by car washes. Therefore I decided to pay out of my own pocket to a very nice auto body show, who did water sand washing and buffed out my scratches on my hood only (because I did not want to do the entire car at the time) and made a decision at that time that I would never take my car to get washed at a dealer and I had not washed my car since I got it buffed out. I saw scratches immediately on the hood of my car, after the Napelton in Libertyville washed my car without my permission.
The man that helped me, said "his car wash is brand spanking new" and therefore it could not be their car wash that caused this. He was rude, and made everything seem like it was my fault. Then went on to say how I should be happy because they fixed my tire, which had a nail in it and they plugged it for free which it should have been a $30.00 charge. I said, I did not ask you to perform a service for free, I will pay for it if you would like. But at no time, did anyone consult with me that there was a nail and whether I wanted it to be plugged or what we should do or how we should proceed. Nor did anyone ask if I wanted a car wash. It is not the dealers right to perform such services and or acts to my car without my permission.
I am furious at the service and incompetence of Mazda Napelton. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to your location. I came to this location when I first started looking at purchasing a vehicle last year and I felt the people were rude and unhelpful at this location and therefore we went with another dealer. I love my car and take care of it. I am so upset that this dealership service people were rude. I have had numerous issues with the Napelton family and the way they take care of their customers.
