Paul has consistently offered outstanding support, professionalism, and timely updates on my vehicle for more than 12 years. Recently, I experienced two particularly notable encounters demonstrating Paul's exceptional service. The first occurred after hitting a high curb, resulting in two blown-out tires. Stranded on the side of the road after hours and unsure of what to do, I texted Paul. To my relief, he promptly responded with clear instructions for towing my car to the dealership and assured me a loaner vehicle would be ready first thing the next morning, allowing me to get to work without further disruption. The second instance happened during this week's intense heat wave when my air conditioning failed.
